“Earl Sholley is a Republican running against Frank.....”

Mary here’s a link to my last Sholley thread, whistling in the dark...........all by myself. Anyway there’s a link there to his weekly podcast.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2448645/posts

As of now I support Sholley but I’m hoping Brown, others can knock off Barney in the primary first. I’m also open to other Republicans jumping in but as of right now Sholley is the man.

I hear you GS Conservative - the goal here is to unseat Barney via the primary...

Before we jump here we had better make sure that she's not just as bad...or worse...than Baaaaarney. She's clearly much younger and,if she's the typical Massachusetts RAT,we could be replacing a despicable bum who's close to the grave with one who's got lots of years left to destroy the country.

Make sure you make people aware of Barney Frank’s role in the Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac disaster.

From your link: Thinks legislators should be tested on the content of a bill before they were allowed to vote.

LOL! That's exactly what I was thinking when the first House version health care bill was circulating -- I thought maybe one objective question per page; I'll happily volunteer to make up the test and grade it! ;-)

Haha..sadly Mary that might not be legal (testing elected officials) but I like the idea of 100 pages or less for bills.

I’ll add you to my Sholley Trolley ping list for his live podcast (on Wdnesdays at 6PM)..you can call in to him direct.

Hey, I’m just invoking the Alinsky axiom of holding the enemy to its own values. As the lunatic fringe continues to impose diversity “goals” they should be willing to accept their imposition on themselves.

Yeah, but illegal can be fixed . . . I'll wager that the Founding Fathers, for all their understanding of human frailty, never envisioned a whole raft of elected representatives voting on something they never read!

I think Sholley should take a page out of Scott Brown's book and call into Laura Ingraham's show to drum up out-of-state support. I understand, of course, that clearly she can't give air time to every Republican candidate for congress, but surely taking out Frank has national significance!

Better look before you leap!

From her webpage...

That is why I became political, and have since fought tirelessly for these ideas, always working to shape the national political dialogue to one focused on these basic principles and their inherent solutions. This has included working on Lyndon LaRouche’s presidential campaign and political action committee, on issues such as, returning to a national banking system, retooling the collapsing auto sector to build infrastructure, fighting to stop the Iraq War and a potential war from arising in Iran, impeaching Dick Cheney for orchestrating lies to implement these wars, working to freeze home foreclosures with the Homeowner’s and Bank Protection Act, and fighting for a new Pecora Commission to prosecute the crimes of Wall St.

‘impeach Dick Cheney for orchestrating lies to implement these wars’, - stuck out in my mind...

It’s not about getting her elected - it’s about removing Barney. I support Earl Sholley (R) a true conservative by any measure.

Anyone seen Patches lately?

Saw him on the tube this morning. The look on his face tells me that we need to keep sharp objects away from him.

Imagine...from next January until the day he dies he's gonna have to live off his slimey grandfather's trust fund and his $200K/yr House pension!!!

“.... to drum up out-of-state support.”

That’s why I started the Sholley Live threads here @ FR but interest has been lukewarm so far, perhaps it’s too early.

Maybe not after this thread!

I also will support Earl Sholley. My father met up with him at the Library in Norfolk when he was visiting from Florida. He still has roots in Mass, so he wanted to see what this guy was about.

He liked him and urged me to vote for him. Time will tell when all candidates have been placed in the race. Frank hopefully will get knocked out. I will not vote for a Dem ever.

Hi Jcsjcm, met Earl at the Boston Tea Party last April, he’s fairly low key and might not make good TV but might do well with nuts running all around him.

That’s why I started the Sholley Live threads

They might attract more interest if the title reflected that he's running against Barney Frank. Sholley's name won't mean anything to those not from MA (and likely to many who are from MA!), but I'm sure everyone who posts here knows more than they want to about Barney Frank! Just a suggestion . . . :)

True, the 1st thread “LIVE Call with Candidate for Congress Earl Sholley (Barney F’s opponent”) did a little better than the second. Earl has had some technical problems the first two weeks, hopefully he gets it under control.

Might revert back to the original title for next weeks’s show, plus the ping list grows.

I see that there are two Republican candidates for the primary in Neal’s district (my district). Know anything about either one? I look forward to one of them beating Neal but I’d like to back the best candidate.

anyone out there have an opinion on them?
