I agree with this statement, however, with one small change. I am becoming more and more convinced that we in America have seen our last national election, free or otherwise.
Once Obama becomes convinced that the writing is on the wall and he will not be re-elected and he may even find himself impeached in his current term, this martial law you referred to will be instated.
Beware, the Obamamanians have manufactured significant crises in the past. Do not be surprised if the terrorist attack that warrents martial law being imposed nationally is manufactured by the Obamamanians.

Our military has people like my brother near the top. Not only my brother but the brothers, sisters, fathers, gramps & grannys of many of us.
What makes anyone think that this country, so unique in all of history could be or would allow such a takeover?
I hope & pray that the true American patriotic portion of our military (hopefully still in a majority) will at that time realize that 0bozo has set himself up to be dictator for life, and hopefully they will forcibly remove 0bozo & the socialist demoRATs from office. It doesn’t have to be a terrorist attack from abroad or from within. It can be insurrection, per exceptions in Posse Comitatus. Also, since 2008, we have part of a brigade under the control of North Command and Homeland Security to be utilized for domestic “unrest”. They were already deployed once under zero in Alabama (or was it Mississippi?), although it’s unknown how the whole thing came about. So far, FOIA requests haven’t answered that question, although supposedly the military only played an observatory, not law enforecement, role in the incident, whatever it was.
It’s clear Posse Comitatus is in jeopardy and is being whittled away at just like the constitution.
