President Obama has picked to advise him on military actions inside the U.S. the Missouri governor whose state "Information Analysis Center" last year linked conservative organizations to domestic terrorism and said law enforcement officers should watch for suspicious individuals who may have bumper stickers from Ron Paul or Chuck Baldwin.
Missouri Gov. Jeremiah Nixon, a Democrat, is being joined on the Obama's special advisory panel by the governor of Puerto Rico, Luis Fortuno, and Arizona Gov. Janice Brewer, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano's replacement when she moved to Washington.
They are among Obama's nominations for the 10 positions on Obama's new "Council of Governors" that he will use for advice on "military activities in the United States."

Now, since Ohaha is proceeding with his ILLEGAL 'council of governors' I wonder how long it will take for one of 'our' Republican Senators or Reps to say, Yo Barry, hold on. Try reading the Constitution bud.' My first guess is Jeff Sessions and/or Michelle Bachmann.
Or for that matter some Republican governor who will be theoretically ruled by this 'council' to speak up.

If they need a crisis to institute martial law, they will just manufacture one. Or, since they call the Silent Majority a military threat, they might just call a peaceful demonstration an armed rebellion and their press MSMs like CBS, NBC, Washington Post - will disseminate that false “information”.

It's my nightmare scenario. These kinds of people advising Obama; Obama declaring and imposing martial law; the deployment of the Obama's Stabilization Police Forces (SPFs) in every state; re-education camps for christians and conservatives; control over healthcare administered to only the compliant.
It will be a brave New World, just later than 1984....the great prophecy.

I live in liberal Austin, and MANY lefties ACTUALLY believe that Christians are more of a national threat than Islamic terrorists.I’m sure places like SF and NYC have majority populations that are in full agreement.
These so called open-minded,enlightened progressives are so brain washed by multiculturalism and humanism that have NEVER bothered meeting a Christian in their entire lives while their only exposure to Christianity is through the dark lens of Hollyweird.
Many people will agree with Obama.
The reason he is not worried about being re-elected ad has told other Democrats not to worry about being re-elected is that he knows that there will be no free elections, either in 2010 or 2012.
And it is very possible that by 2013 he will begin elinating the parasites that put him in power in 2008.
You may very well be right. And all those wishy-washy afterbirthers will at that point regret that they didn't raise their voice about his absence of qualifications for office when they had the chance.

New York City or the northeast as a whole is heavy Catholic. I haven’t seen or witnessed what you talk of yet. I live amongst the liberals and know them very well in these parts. The non-catholic Christian liberals up here attend Episcopalian liberal churches that have rainbow flags hanging out front. The liberals hate Republicans and are scared of them but I don’t think they have blamed it on Christianity yet. At least not around here.
