President Obama has picked to advise him on military actions inside the U.S. the Missouri governor whose state "Information Analysis Center" last year linked conservative organizations to domestic terrorism and said law enforcement officers should watch for suspicious individuals who may have bumper stickers from Ron Paul or Chuck Baldwin.
Missouri Gov. Jeremiah Nixon, a Democrat, is being joined on the Obama's special advisory panel by the governor of Puerto Rico, Luis Fortuno, and Arizona Gov. Janice Brewer, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano's replacement when she moved to Washington.
They are among Obama's nominations for the 10 positions on Obama's new "Council of Governors" that he will use for advice on "military activities in the United States."

This is a president who doesn’t have a clue about the ridiculous choices he’s making. He is a product of a radical agenda and is imprisoned by that same radical agenda that won’t let him pick logical choices, middle of the road choices. They are all left wing radicals. Obama must be stopped now. Impeach him, check his birth certificate. He’s not to continue to destroy America.
There’s just no way for anyone to keep claiming that he’s doing this out of incompetency. It’s very deliberate, and it’s obvious his agenda is more important to him than his poll numbers or re-election prospects.
True, but when I think terrorist attack I think something long the lines of Mumbai, except in a mall or school (completely surprised it hasn’t happened yet, it’s too easy). Another kamikaze attack using our airliners to hit a city. Gassing subways, blowing up a train. Several simultaneous car bombs in pizza parlors. Something that actually makes people afraid to go about their every day life everywhere in the US because it could happen to them at any given moment (right now it could, but most are asleep and living back on 9/10).
Or worse...a small nuke or dirty bomb anywhere in a populated area on continental US soil.
A lone nut that targets a military base and deserves to be hung, and shot, without a trial, doesn’t strike fear and anger enough in the regular civilians to start screaming at the administration enough to warrant martial law against said civilians. That wouldn’t be enough.
Neither is a moron that couldn’t get his bomb to work right and just ended up burning off his pecker and getting his arse kicked by the other passengers. People laugh at that, not get scared and angry. Besides that, one plane? We’ve seen it before. We’re jaded.
Unless it’s really really bad regular civilians will watch on the evening news, then go back to their business in a day or so.
Obama needs something big to justify going to martial law, and have a good portion of the country, and politicians, to support him in it.
This Nixon is far worse than the Nixon that the ‘Rat Party likes to villify.
BO doesn't need justification to do anything. If he is going to do it, he will do it no matter what the circumstances. Socialists/communists don't care about justification.

This is a nation of 50 states. With 50 Govorners and 50 state governments.
Our military has people like my brother near the top. Not only my brother but the brothers, sisters, fathers, gramps & grannys of many of us.
What makes anyone think that this country, so unique in all of history could be or would allow such a takeover?
Yes, something big will be needed to justify the imposition of Martial law, which excuse can be put in place easily by agents provocateurs.
In fact, this weekend, in King, NC, all it took was a snowstorm for the police chief to suspend RTKBA 2nd Amendment rights under the Constitution.
The kenyan will not have to look too hard for an excuse, he can make one up. Hopefully we will not suffer another full blown assault from the terrorist enemies. Radical islam has made such inroads, however, I believe it will only be a recurring situation to see more Fort-Hood-type events. The muslim terrorist may have acted alone, but he was well coached and prepared, and the Fort Hood assault was hushed up quickly by the Progressives in the administration.
I’m right in there with many who believe that Obama would genuinely LOVE to have an excuse to declare martial law and suspend the Constitution — it’s quite obvious that he’s putting his “chess pieces” into their places to execute that contingency, SHOULD the opportunity present itself.
BUT, I just don’t see HOW he does this and gets away with it. I’m not talking about resistance in Washington — heck, almost EVERYONE in DC — Republican, Democrat, Lobbyist, Bureaucrat, prostitute and lawyer — would be THRILLED to cut out those pesky elections, etc. and just affect direct CONTROL.
But 3 immediate lines of defense would act to STOP such a foolish decree:
First, State Governments (SOME of them at least) would pitch a bloody fit (I mean that literally)! Think TEXAS. Maricopa county Arizona? SIZABLE chunks of the South, Southwest, Rocky Mountain States, and the Great Plains — if not the State Governments, then the county and town governments — would simply not comply.
Second, the Tea Parties. There are literally hundreds of thousands of awakened and/or reawakened Patriots out here — many of us ARMED. There are TOO many of us for the Feds to just KILL us all! Or even imprison us! And many of the State and local Law Enforcement would refuse to carry out such orders anyway — not ALL, but many.
Finally, a BIG Ace in the hole is the Military. Sorry, but I don’t buy for a minute that the Military would just jump into formation and march against American Patriots in the streets. SOME no doubt would. Some of the Generals Obama appointed to authority would order such, or follow commands to carry out such. But some wouldn’t. And a whole lot of National Gaurd and other servicemen and women would simply NOT take action against their fellow citizens — and they would remember their OATH to uphold and defend the CONSTITUTION.
The thing that really BOTHERS me about this whole situation is that Obama and his comrades are just ideologically motivated and historically deluded enough to actually TRY it. If they did, it would be a nationwide catastrophe. This “cabal” could not win, but they could collapse the nation in short order — and maybe that’s what they are after anyway.
I hope & pray that the true American patriotic portion of our military (hopefully still in a majority) will at that time realize that 0bozo has set himself up to be dictator for life, and hopefully they will forcibly remove 0bozo & the socialist demoRATs from office. There are dozens of millions of gun owners & conservative patriots in this country who will join forces with the military to overthrow the commie pig 0bozo & the socialist demoRATS including those in Congress.

Under a recent executive order, Obama can have troops from foreign countries operate in the US for emergencies.

Posse Comitatus excludes “insurrection.” Does he really have plans to implement “for our benefit” that he anticipates might bring about an insurrection?
