Releasing his Transcripts would mean that his grades would become public. And that would shoot down the BS that his IQ is 180 (he was never tested. the 180 was 'determined' by the average IQ of real students at Harvard).

From graduating HS to him blowing into Chicago the guy's been a phantom. This 'genius' was allegedly Editor of the Harvard Law Review but NEVER wrote one single thing that was published. I kinda think that's just a bit odd.

This really does appear to be one more step in handing more control to the Federal Government over the states. Beyond perhaps as some here suggest is permitted in our Constitution.
Will we hear an outcry from the right in the Senate and HR is yet to be seen.

On the surface, this looks like a clear violation of both the U.S. Constitution and State's Rights.

The Council shall meet at the call of the Secretary of Defense or the Co-Chairs of the Council to exchange views, information, or advice with the Secretary of Defense; the Secretary of Homeland Security; the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism; the Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement; the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas’ Security Affairs; the Commander, United States Northern Command; the Chief, National Guard Bureau; the Commandant of the Coast Guard; and other appropriate officials of the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, and appropriate officials of other executive departments or agencies as may be designated by the Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of Homeland Security.

Is a direct violation of Posse Comitatus.  In short this EO turns the military into law enforcement and is the seeds to starting martial law.
