No worries.None of the scum in dc give a hoot about the Constitution and would just try this kind of sh!t to see what they could get away with.By the time anyone got around to challenging this it just may be too late to do anything about it.Then its on.
I'll be interested to see whether any members of the press will note that we already have a system for the states and the federal government to work with each other, It's called the Constitution. And that was not established by the order of any individual. Obama now thinks that his ideas are better than Washington, Adams, Franklin, and all the other Framers, all put together.
Congressman Billybob
CASE IN POINT Ohaha signed an Executive Order establishing a Council of Governors to strengthen the partnership between the Federal and State Governments to "protect" our Nation against all types of hazards. The Council will review matters involving state National Guards; homeland defense; civil support; synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities. (emphasis added)
FOR YOUR REFERENCE The phrase "to gain executive branch authority" was first heard 70 years ago, or so.....part of a package called "The Enabling Acts"......although it was written in German. The Enabling Acts granted "the executive" the authority to write new laws and change old laws without oversight.
“Is this legal?”
Doe it matter?

Bingo!
And forget his Birth Certificate.
I demand to know who took his college and law school tests because this MORON sure didn't.
Yeah, JUST ENOUGH!
13 to 5?!?
I thought that was going to be the Supreme Court vote on whether it is Constitutional (har, har, what’s that word?) for 0bama to suspend elections for ‘national security purposes’?
“I demand to know who took his college and law school tests because this MORON sure didn’t. “
Why do you think they are hidden?
Where are his college transcripts from Columbia and Harvard?
Why is it that not one solitary undergrad knows Obama from Columbia?
Oh stop that birther craziness, didn’t you hear Glenn Beck say it was the silliest thing he ever heard? And Rush hasn’t said anything about it, if the media isn’t reporting on it, don’t you know it doesn’t exist? LOL
Obama’s entire life has been removed ... People only hide things when they have something to hide.
I don't necessarily think they're 'hidden'. I think this moron didn't take them. Someone else did.
*** Where are his college transcripts from Columbia and Harvard? ***
Releasing his Transcripts would mean that his grades would become public. And that would shoot down the BS that his IQ is 180 (he was never tested. the 180 was 'determined' by the average IQ of real students at Harvard).
*** Why is it that not one solitary undergrad knows Obama from Columbia? ***
Not to mention his first College, Occidental. Another 'elite' school that this kid with no money attended (its now $32K a year).
From graduating HS to him blowing into Chicago the guy's been a phantom. This 'genius' was allegedly Editor of the Harvard Law Review but NEVER wrote one single thing that was published. I kinda think that's just a bit odd.
"Where'd I get the Council of Governors idea?
Easy. I had it translated from the German."
“This ‘genius’ was allegedly Editor of the Harvard Law Review but NEVER wrote one single thing that was published. I kinda think that’s just a bit odd. “
He is a con man, and Harvard has a long history of pandering to black students.
"From graduating HS to him blowing into Chicago..."*** Don't get Larry Sinclair started. ***
LOL. No pun was intended, really.
Yeah, tell Larry that. LMAO
