-13, well its a start. I think we need to get back to -18 and lower.
Weekly Average is -15.
Look at the trend on total approve. It’s -8, and getting more in line with the strong approve/disapprove numbers.
We also have to realize the closer it gets to Christmas and Hanukkah in full swing, people are spending less time watching//reading news. It seems the only matter people are paying attention to at all is health care.
Wait until after the holidays, his approval will start to take a steady decline once again.
He’s deeper underwater than Ted Kennedy ever was.
I like the way you think ;-)
Remember, the "Into the Abyss" measurement tracks overall approval versus strong disapproval. The closer it gets to zero (or even goes below zero), the more you'll see Obama getting thrown under the bus by his own. Witness Howard Dean's dumping him and even Keith Overbite.
The key thing to note here is that, no matter what he's doing, the "right direction" measurement is staying down. That pessimism can be used.
I don’t understand. yahoo reports Poll shows Obama’s popularity holding steady at 56 percent
It’s a Chrismas Miracle! (America Wakes Up!)

BAD NEWS FOR BARACK
Tune: "Limbo Rock" Original MIDI
Every lib'ral boy and girl
All the folks in Limbaugh World
Both sides bashing on Barack
All find something they can mock
Track his numbers, track his polls
Track the unemployment rolls
All the pollsters on the block
Say it's bad news for Barack
He'll go lower now
He'll go lower now
How low can he go
First he spread the wealth around
Then he bowed down to the ground
Spend a trillion, make it three
Spend it like it grows on trees
Track his numbers, track his polls
Track the unemployment rolls
All the pollsters on the block
Say it's bad news for Barack
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Though he started out on top
Every time the numbers drop
There's a ratings trend that shows
He will fall to record lows
Track his numbers, track his polls
Track the unemployment rolls
All the pollsters on the block
Say it's bad news for Barack
Don't move that phone book far
He needs a polling czar
How low can he go

Agreed. When 2010 dawns overcast and cold, with a national hangover, empty pockets, no jobs, no job prospects, degraded currency, bank overdrafts, higher utility bills and forclosures, and the US Gov and its propaganda media bleat that non-government citizens must ‘sacrifice’, pay more and higher taxes and ‘user fees’, and ‘learn to live with less’ . . .

Some people also believe Elvis is still alive
KFI640 radio here in LA is saying a 52% approval for O
Easy to understand. It's obviously because they poll likely yahoos -- while Rasmussen polls likely voters.
He got a little bounce from the Oprah appearance. Not surprising. It’ll be back to -18 in no time.
Ye of little faith. Elvis and his son in law Michael have already started negotiations for a recording studio in Havana and will be welcoming the first wave of American tourists with a twist on Blue Hawaii to Blue Cuba.
