Six critical reasons not to try Jihad Terrorists in U.S. criminal court

Six critical reasons to never try those who wage Jihad terror against America, or any other irregular enemy combatant, in any U.S. civilian criminal court:

1. It extends American juris prudence rights and procedure to enemy combatant irregulars who, according to the Geneva convention, don't deserve prisoner of war status and deserve, according to the same, to be executed after a military tribunal.
2. It offers a very real prospect because of venue, how testimony was obtained, miranda readings to someone who deserves none, etc., etc. that terrorists will get either reduced sentences or be aquitted.
3. As a result of giving testimony at trial to try and convict, the prosecution will reveal methodologies, intelligence, processes and procedures that are classified and will benefit our enemies.
4. It will provide a platform and stage for vile terrorists to spout their message that will be covered by the press and glorified by other terrorist organizations and enemies, thereby further emboldening them.
5. It will put the public at greater risk by providing, and almost inviting, terrorists to disrupt the trial with terror attacks aimed at sensationally killing more Americans and trying to free their compatriots.
6. It will, in addition to the dangers, the potential for denied justice, the damage to national security, and the emboldening of our enemies, establish a horrible precedent for the future that our enemies and radicals within our own country will take advantage of to our detriment.

These are not difficult prinicples or conclusions to determine or reason out. That our own President and his advisors and appointees are not doing so, but choosing instead to carry forward with such an insane plan, reveals much about them and their own political and ideological motivations, aspirations, and leanings.

Obama doesn't care about what you or I or anyone else thinks, including the founders. He is an abject marxist ideologue and he now has his mechanism in place.

He didn't go to the Whitehouse to be popular, he went there to bring fundmental change and he has been going about it very effectively since becoming President.

He and his cohorts caused the economic crisis that helped usher him into the Presidency. They hate the free market and they hate fundamental republican principle and the moral values that provide its foundation. Since being elected they have methodically and with a will attacked these institutions and harmed them terribly.

It is their intent to bring them down and build a marxist command economy on their ashes. Evrything they are doing reflects this. From the stimulus, to the bail-outs, to the health care monstrosity, to Cap & Trade, FOCA, and on and on.

And all of what he has implemented are producing success from Obama's point of view. They are accomplishing exactly what he wants...he does not want to repair the economy, the auto industry, the banking and credit industries, energy, health care, etc., etc. as most Americans would define repairing them. He wants to fix it as in "the fix is in", as in controlling it.

And that is exactly what he is doing.

Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and their cohorts will lie, blow smoke, deceive, cajole, and give as many Presidential speeches, presentations, addresses to congress, etc. as it takes to draw this out so he can continue progressing towwards his goals. When you understand this about him and his administration and the cohorts in the House and Senate...everything comes into focus.

I’m guessing that they will sequester the jury (security reasons, among others). Now this trial may last God only knows how long. What citizen wants to be cut off from family, life, job, etc. for an unknown and probably long period of time for the benefit of jihadists?

Expanding on #3:
If the terrorists decide to represnt themselves (which they have the right to do in a civilian court), they will have the right to view all relavent information (intelligence, military strategy, troop position, troop strength, etc) related to their capture.

They will be free to pass this information on to fellow uncaptured terrorists.

HEARD EARLIER ON RUSH

Heard on Rush re: a comment made by former AG Ashcroft and one which has bothered me and (honestly) I meant to ask yesterday; that of the "AUTHORITY" of Holder to "ORDER" the Military to turn over jurisdiction of KSM and the other scumbags to the Justice Dept for trial in a Civilian Court and Ashcroft said: "HOLDER, DOES NOT!!!!

Thus, ispo, facto, the ONLY person who would have said AUTHORITY is the one who denies he had ANYTHING to do with this and this decision was the SOLE responsibility and personal decision of Holder--the FASCIST, Liar-in-Chief, himself.

That and the fact that there is not ONE SINGLE case in our History to use as precedent!!!

OH, this is gonna get good!!!

PS: While everyone is praising Twinkle Toes Gramnesty for taking Holder apart (and I admit he did) as a Jag Officer and supposed Military Law Authority (as well as all the other Lawyers on the panel) HOW is it that NO ONE "dared" to ask Holder this most important question: "What give you the authority to do this?????"
