Prediction: How the Media Will Report Sarah Palin's Book Tour

First, expect the major national outlets (NBC, New York Times, etc.) to ignore this evidence of Palin's overwhelming popularity. They've been commissioning polls especially designed to show that Palin is unpopular, and they're not going to let facts get in their way.

Second, to the extent that the elite media take notice of the huge crowds at Palin events, expect them to focus obsessively over any tinfoil-hat crackpots who turn up. Time or Newsweek will send reporters out to these book-signings, and the reporters will interview scores of Palin fans until they find one or two conspiracy kooks who think Obama was born in Kenya or that 9/11 was an "inside job." And those will be the only Palin supporters quoted in the MSM stories.

Finally, expect the media to take the good-news-is-bad-news angle: If Palin is "bad news" for the GOP -- hey, Newsweek told you so! -- then the fact that she's drawing big crowds can only mean that the Republican Party is headed for oblivion, you see.

MSNBC, ya know, the network that constantly calls Sarah “Irrelevant” yeah, they have already come to the conclusion that her supporters that showed up today are a bunch of white people who hate Obama..that’s all they have don’t ya know, because they can’t say the truth..that we see HER in US..but nah, the libs love bringing up the race card it’s really getting old

Remember the video of the "reporter" who was unfortunate enough to have several people walk behind her in ankle-deep water as she broadcast her tales of flood devastation from her canoe? The network news crews might want to keep that little snafu in the back of their mind as they approach the Palin book tour.

I can hardly wait for the first reporter to proclaim "Nobody is going to Palin's book signings- they are just too crowded!"

The media is already reporting her book. AP just assigned 11 reporters as “fact” checkers. They are in it already with both feet.

You don't have to go to a Sarah book signing to be perceived as "hating obama"...just just have to be white.

The absurd and sophmorish notion that to like Sarah Palin is to "hate obama" is so adolescent and narcisistic that it's not even funny.

When is obama going to paint his picture on the sides of building like Lenin, or build giant statues of himself, like that other Hussein (you know Saddaam)?

The left does like to project that word, "Hate", don't they? Some of the most angry and hateful people I know, or even see, are liberals. Hate oozes out of every pore and they are only nice to you when you have something they want. Liberals are the kind of people your Mother didn't want you to hang around with when you were a kid...and you always heard "birds of a feather" (join unions together).

Meanwhile, editors of liberal rags and news outlet are yelling like that editor Jamison on "Spiderman"..."GET OUT THERE AND FIND SOME DIRT ON ______________________. (insert any currently popular conservative or christian here).
