The UN already mandated seperate states in 1947. The Arabs attacked immediately. They were the ones that wanted it all, then and now.

As I mentioned at the time of the Gaza withdrawl, I do think a unilateral might be the best course for Israel. Annex those areas in the West Bank you intend to keep, leave the rest. The idea that there's a "peace partner" is a fiction, the palestinians don't even have a government able to control it's population, much less elections. There is no one with the authority to negotiate.
I would add to that “...and whack every Fatahss and Hamashole above the rank of goatblower.”
