We want a completely ala cart menu of health care choices that goes across state lines that includes cash insurance with castrophic coverage with an investment plan that can build to self insurance for castrophic coverage with pretax dollars.
Pharmacists able to dispense medicine directly without a doctor’s prescription. Cough medicine, etc...
Healthcare Workers Belief Protection, no threating people’s jobs because they don’t want to perform or provide drugs to commit infanticide.
Enable the purchase of medical devices from any store without prescription if there isn’t a risk of the device being misused. Crutches etc... cpap machines, etc..
And this is just healthcare.
A suspension of all nonessential immigration, followed by actual enforcement of our immigration laws.
Some who call themselves Conservatives want a world according to Dr. Milton Friedman.
Others who call themselves Conservatives want a world according to Dr. James Dobson.
They are not the same, and therein lies a dilemna that doesn’t go away easily.
What do Conservatives want? The only acceptable answer is: vastly smaller, Constitution-sized government and vastly increased, Constitution-guaranteed (not granted) INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY. Folks who want ANYTHING other than that are not conservative, by any stretch of ANYONE’S imagination.
I want sovereignty so my liberty is protected from foreign threats.
I want lower taxes so my labor is not wasted on big government programs.
I want free and fair elections.
I want my private property protected.
I want the Constitution followed and revered.
Maybe because you're actually bemoaning YOUR lack of HC Insurance. Your 'universe' is not Canada, Biafra or WOW, is it? It involves YOU paying for health care!.
Maybe because you (or your parents) never knew of the ability to see a doctor (or had the 'privilege' to have a house call) and then paid for the service (check, cash or chickens).
Maybe because you don't understand that health care is expensive because you expect it to subsidized (through insurance... because you don't understand insurance either).
YOU settle for less because that is the system that YOU have created, which you desired.
Now go away and put a poultice on it (look it up you backward/eco/socialistic/educated ignoramuses).
You're worthy of societies benefits, but you're not worthy of proclaiming what it should provide for you.

Many of us would rather not be pigeonholed into either category. Some believe we can do both.
Our biggest problem is allowing others to define us.
What do conservatives want?
Conservatives want to be left alone. Often, conservatives want others to go away and mind their own business.
Pharmacists and doctors got into a cat fight over prescribing medications early in the 20th century, with the doctors eventually coming out on top. Maybe more items should be allowed “under the counter” (e.g. weak opiates) but I wouldn’t suggest treating every single medication that way.
what do conservatives want?
from the government - as little as possible.
from themselves - whatever they can farily earn.
it isn’t difficult to figure out.
While we're on the subject, has Obama commented on last night's results yet? :D
