I would like to see/hear Cheney hammering away on this every day for as long as it takes to make everyone sit up and take notice — WE notice the dithering, but it’s not enough.
Maybe Hannity or Beck or someone could put up a ‘countdown to decision on Afghanistan’ clock on his nightly show.

Even Obama himself has said not long ago that Afghanistan is a war worth fighting, etc.
Remember that the war in Afghanistan was a direct reaction to Sept. 11th.
Can anyone imagine if after Pearl Harbor, Pres. Roosevelt dithered about what should be done?
Now that Iraq is winding down, surely the liberals are eager to go full force after Bin Laden and the Taliban. They agreed it was the “right” war.
Wasn’t the war resolution to go into Afghanistan almost a unanimous vote in Congress, including virtually all Democrats?????

We have troops in Afghanistan. They need reenforcement.
Taking ones time with the initial decision to commit troops is admirable, though I will remind all that the left carped at Bush for taking so long to respond to 9-11 until he did and toppled the Taliban so quickly. Taking ones time to send in requested reenforcements is fool hardy.
