The latest legal turn out of Hawaii leaves very little wiggle room for the state.

On July 27th 2009 The Hawaii Department of Health in a press release declared that Barack Obama was a Natural Born Citizen.

Hawaii by law has to turn over the documents based on their legal statutes. He lost any confidentiality. This is a total coverup.

This is a scandal and cover-up 100 times the size of Watergate. This time, it won’t be just a President resigning in disgrace, it will also be the DNC Leadership who will be under the criminal investigation microscope for the cover-up, and it is a scrutiny they cannot withstand.

I agree with everything said here on this subject. The problem is nobody else does. We don't even need the BC because we already know his daddy was a Kenyan, ergo, Obama was not a Nat Born Citizen.

It is possible that he was born in Kenya or HI, but that shouldn't even matter in this case. Mom and dad must be citizens of the US for him to be Natural Born. If we believe that, then why the fuss over the HI BC?

If we fight and fuss for 3 years and finally find out he was born in HI, then the Dems will just say "See, told ya", and we will still say he isn't Nat Born. Makes us look petty.

I agree with ya on that but in my mind bangin’ away on this BC issue ALSO keeps out there that NONE of his past is open. every damn thing is covered up. so if this BC thing goes nowhere I think it still has helped in getting the word out, or the awareness level up, to those not paying attention. so what if the BC goes no where? even if it is a dead end I do not believe our side will be damaged badly by that fact IF we keep on slammin’ on ALL of his other hidden records.

Does anyone here believe that Obama will dare to post his Hawall short form birth certificate on the internet and declare it as his valid birth certificate during the 2012 Democratic presidential primaries?

Myself, I believe this: If during the 2012 presidential campaign, Obama stubbornly continues to try to sell the public on the idea that the Hawaii short form birth certificate that we see on the internet today is his authentic birth certificate, then I say that Obama will have a difficult time winning any primary election.

And if Obama stubbornly refuses to release his Hawaii long form birth certificate and his Occidental in California college records during the 2012 presidential primaries, then I say, again, that Obama will have trouble winning primaries during the 2012 presidential campaign.

I wish I had something more pithy to say than just, “yup, bump that”. Maybe Obama is planning his exit right now anyways. He wants to be ambassador to the UN or something like that, where he can spout off his garbage the rest of his life like Bill Clintoon and make money doing it. The Theory is Now a Conspiracy And Facts Don't Lie

In this article, J.B. Williams makes reference to a typo in both affidavits. It took me awhile to find it as I read right over it, as most people would.

Each affidavit states: "held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though August 28, 2008"

They should each read

"held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 through August 28, 2008"

This is a little like a forensic fingerprint that the same source document was used to print each with the one offending statement about constitutional requirements edited out.

Don’t you know that by 2012, we will all be subjects of King Obama, and on our way to being citizens of the world.

On the other hand - one approach is to make sure laws are on the books to verify NBC status before running for POTUS or VP.

But the problem, still is that many do not recognize that a NBC is one born in the US of two citizen parents.

They also believe that the short form is all that is required to verify that he is born in the US.

So yes, probably Obama will do nothing different. After all, he would have been President for 4 years, then how can he not be eligible.

My wife heard on Glenn Beck’s radio show Friday that he was working on four stories that if true would be bad for Obama. Said he would not talk about them until he was sure they were legit. Here’s the kicker,,, he stated that one of the stories could bring down the administration. Could this be the story??? I know Beck was hesitant to talk Birthgate before.

the BC is the key to tying Obama to his father. Without it they can simply claim the father was someone else and the mom was covering up for the man who really fathered him. True, the BC will answer where he was born, but proving he was born in HI doesn't prove he's a natural born citizen.

The charge of being petty is pretty much a sure thing. They have little of substance to fall back on and will have to resort to whatever they can think of. The charge of petty will do until they come up with something else.

IMHO, there is nothing petty or distracting about expecting someone to demonstrate their eligibility for an office, even dog catcher, let alone POTUS.

Well I hope Beck has something and can get traction with it.

Everyone with a microphone has been more than hesitant to even mention the birth certificate or the eligibility issue. It is like the PTB have issued an edict to keep quiet, or be banished forever from the kingdom of the almighty dollar.

Since Obama has tried to pass off a constructed and fabricated history in “his” books; everyday people are sifting through the records and history to try to piece together a real narrative.

Leo Donofrio’s work to get Hawaii communications between the AG and the DoH (Fukino) WRT to basis of the “natural-born citizen” statement is just one small part of the overall game. It will show how far Hawaii is willing to go (breaking their own laws) to keep that hidden. But I doubt Beck is working that aspect.

Other bloggers/researchers are working on other clues and following other paths.

I would expect that Beck is working something more mainstream. But if he can keep delivering blows like he did to ACORN then that will be great.

This is a huge story that is being ignored. Leo and Vicki/Miss Trickly caught Hawaii red handed. They are lying and breaking the law to coverup for Obama.

The corruption is staggering. The judiciary, states, Congress, they lied to destroy Rush, ACORN, TARP money and endless endless Obama corruption.

Somebody has to break this story. Poor Leo is out there on his own with a few researchers. Leo and Vicky nailed Hawaii.

Yes this is a huge story. And there are many parts to it. As I said Leo will see how deep the rabbit hole goes in Hawaii and how many of their own laws they are willing to break. They will try obfuscation, delay, and more lies. It will be very telling.

MissTickly is now exploring other issues - I will not attempt to summarize until she decides they have enough evidence to support their theory. Their current path is also out there; but probably contains some truth.

I agree that the corruption is staggering. But this encompasses both parties and all branches of government.

And not sure where this fits into the elites plan of a one world government or the agenda of other worldwide organizations. I guess that you have to be an in member to recognize the hand signals.

My own viewpoint was leaning towards a Mombasa birth. But now starting to review the Malcolm X angle. Why did Madelyn Dunham leave a high paying job at the bank in Washington to move to Hawaii? Was Stanley Ann pregnant in high school and they moved to more easily hide the issue? This would mean the Aug 4th birth date has been altered. And Obama Sr. just a way to give the baby a de jure father. It seems he never acted like a real father and actually that he was selected for this role makes the most sense.

It is all so crazy - but when you try to understand the motivations and look at the holes that are developing in the fabricated books - you are left with exploring these options.

I am a huge admirer or MissTickly and Leo. Leo can be a little out there but not much. My impression is the guy is as honest as they come. His pursuit is in the truth. Both of them have found things that no one expected.

If this had been a Republican - the media would be all over this.
