"Why did Fox hire this idiot? I can’t even stand to look at him let alone listen to his drivel."

I agree with you.

Does anyone know when John Stossel will be on Fox? Is he going to be on the regular Fox News or the Business Fox News? I will watch him.

“All Hat - No Cattle !”

Actually they have cattle at the “Imus Retirement Palace” which masquerades as a ranch for kids with cancer.

Hannity was better with Colmes.

I was watching Beck this morning on live video feed and when they went to a commercial, Beck left his mic on and before he knew it was still on he exclaimed that he had just gotten the nicest e-mail from Rush. So either Imus was trying to start something or he was just joking, maybe going for two birds with one stone.

Check the timing of Colmes’ departure from “Hannity and Colmes” and the public announcement of Beck’s arrival (and understand that Beck’s arrival date would have been known by the people inside Fox News well before it was announced to the rest of us).

I heard Imus' take on Sarah Palin ("...the woman is an idiot, she didn't write a book; she can't even READ a book!")

As a younger man I was an Imus fan. More recently, I've put up with him out of a nostalgic affinity with the vestiges of my youth..., but no more.

The man is a seriously deranged asshole who deserves only to be spit upon for using his lofty stage (Fox News Show) to badmouth a lady whose garbage he isn't fit to carry to the curb.

If I ever meet the man, the one thing I will tell him will be expressed in 1-20th of a second, with a right uppercut haymaker that'll lift me out of my shoes.

By the time he lands, I'll be in my car driving away. The stinking glob of piss. :-)

;-/

Without knowing anything of this discussion, that’s my first thought. Imus likes to get things going; it’s his style.

Purposely taking comments out of context and pretending they are inlammatory remarks is what the left does. Its happening more and more on this site and only serves to reduce the credibility of the info we get here.

I’m looking forward to Stossel, too. Would like to see him get his own show.

I never watch his new show, nor did I watch the old one much, so I couldn’t say. All I remember from the old show is Hannity starting his questioning of every non-studio guest with the words, “Hello, Sean Hannity here...”. As if the guest and everybody else in the world didn’t know who was asking the questions. Colmes, to his credit, never did anything like that.

Comic relief? Really, I wondered myself, since I doubt he knows anything about business.

I actually like Juan Williams. I disagree with him much of the the time, but I think it’s useful to hear how a liberal thinks and feel. Juan is a moral man and tries to be fair. He’s not a crazy liberal who spouts hate whenever he speaks.

I watch Beck every day but I just watched an interview with Katie Couric and on there he said he was for gay marriage and other things that surprised me. The whole support for gay marriage has put me off and I will think twice about watching his show now. If he is suppose to be a Christian,Mormon, they he cannot support gay marriage.

When did Dr. Victor Frankenstein re-animate the old corpse known as Imus?

I certainly don’t want Beck to run for president, but I sure want him to continue his research. And continue adding to his security detail.
