When Republican Rep. Mark Foley was caught chasing congressional pages, he got exactly what was coming to him. In a blizzard of coverage (1,400 stories, according to Google news), Mr. Foley's creepy behavior was examined from every possible angle. Nobody wanted to hear that the congressman's stupid and objectionable behavior was confined to e-mails and text messages. His immediate resignation didn't quiet the furor. When two years of investigations found no crime, the results got barely a peep.
Whether the press feeding frenzy around Mr. Foley's disgrace was justified or not, the explosion of coverage was certainly understandable, even predictable. That reality is what makes coverage of Kevin Jennings, President Obama's "safe school czar" something of a mystery.
Mr. Jennings brings all the sleaze of Mr. Foley. Sex and the underaged? Check. An older man? Check. Potential misbehavior by a government official? Check.
And the Jennings case brings a lot more: A "safe schools czar" who failed to report a statutory rape? An education leader who encouraged a 15-year-old student to be comfortable with sexual abuse? A federal official who ignored a law requiring him to report even the possibility of a crime? . . . .

Don’t we get tired of asking the same question over and over again. There is a double standard of law and of rights in this country. Democrats and their political supporters are above the law and all standards of morality which is why they should never have power.

This is an issue that is politically incorrect and off limits just like Obama’s NBC qualification. It’s radioactive in the corporate culture.
It involves talking openly about homosexual sex acts and prostitute values promoted to kids and the wisdom of promoting that to children in order to make them think these sexual values and practices are equal to family and reproductive sex. The Left is trying to shape a generation of American children’s sexual development to be open to and accepting of homosexuality and sexual grouping choice...
Can you imagine Glenn Beck talking about the Left promoting fisting for example, in “comprehensive sex education”? Tee Vee news is not going to go pornographic and talk about medically documented sad results on this behavior. They are not going to question what right homosexuals have in manipulating childhood sexual development to suit their agenda.
The most Beck can talk about is the left promoting adult child sex in “comprehensive sex education.” As you can see, Obama and the Democrat Party approve of this behavior. Obama has a “man/boy love” activist in the White House and Democrats are still protective of ACORN in light of Gile’s exposure of them. You have seen the left in the Polanski (sp?) arrest? The limo-liberal elite and many East Coast “moderates” have “progressed” to decide consentual adult sex with minors is simply another sexual lifestyle choice or sexual orientation just like homosexuality.
