In other words, Dr. Fukino's statements they have 'seen the documentation' may be nothing more than the less than reliable 'certification' issued by the DNC. This particular less than reliable 'certification' was ONLY released in the state of Hawaii - the other 49 states got something different. This just keeps getting stranger and stranger and more and more ridiculous.

Well, the only “Long Form” certificate we have seen that has gone unchallenged is the Kenyan BC with Barry’s little footprint on it.
Obama is a gutless wonder. He is a lying pig and a coward who isn’t man enough to produce his real birth certificate. He knows he is illegal be in Kenya, Hawaii or Indonesia.
More and more, the bozos who voted him into office are beginning to wake up but it’s too little, too late. He’s in office and he’s going to remain there until there is a solid push and the American people as a whole demand all records are released.
I don’t care what Nancy signed or how many different forms she used or any lame DNC excuse that some states don’t require eligibility. Bottom line, the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES requires eligibility. The puppet, Hussein, is a usurper and there are powerful and evil people out to destroy America.
Barry is not eligible to be POTUS. Who has the authority to tell him to get out of the White House?

We need some big big monied conservatives to push harder on this issue. Get Pelousy to testify and make her swear on an oath about telling the truth(if she knows how).

Whether he was born here or not, politicians of both parties don’t want to touch this with a ten foot pole. The problem, to them, is not the Constitution, it’s Rodney King.
They see what happened in Los Angeles after the Rodney King verdict and the violence that ensued. They know that, without a doubt, if Barack Obama were suddenly declared to be ineligible to serve as President and he was removed from office, the Los Angeles riots would be small potatoes compared to what would happen in this country. We’d have a civil war with African-Americans on one side and most everyone else on the other. That must be prevented at all costs, even if it means ignoring the Constitution.
Will Red State Secretaries of State have the stones to challenge the next fraudulent applications for Barry to be on the ballot in 2012? Barry and the DNC should be put on notice that ‘next time’ they need to do it right.
That is indeed the crux of the matter. We have been sliding down the slippery slope for years as various courts and legislatures advance convoluted ideas as to what the Constitution says, or if what it says is pretty plain then what does it mean. Like finding a right to privacy in there, and deciding that means the States can't control abortion. Or how about the “shall not be infringed” part. Goodness knows there are jurisdictions all over the country ignoring that one, forcing law-abiding citizens to spends years and small fortunes in court to prevent the infringing the document plainly says will not be.
Now we're at the height of the craziness. Have come to the point where the Constitution means so little that we can't even demand the person who is the President, and swore to uphold the Constitution, demonstrate his eligibility to hold office?

Yet Obama says he was born in Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children.
If he was born in a hospital in 1961 he would have a long form certificate on file in the DOH record.
Given the multiple means that a COLB could be originated, the COLB that he has shown does not conclusively prove that he was born in Hawaii.
At some point the wheels of justice will turn and a judge will rule for discovery and order the long form be made available.
We need to reinstate the Constitution as the law of the land.
I've searched canadafreepress and google but can't find this comment by Obama. Perhaps someone with better search skills could....
