It's nice to see that Amanpour hasn't lost her sense of "understatement".
When Barack Obama has lost Christiane Amanpour, you konw he's in dire straights.

The qualifier “on Iran” is unnecessary.

White House is confused about how to deal with Iran
Exactly Obama doesn't know if he should bend over and grab his ankles or put on his knee pads.

One of the (few) good things about the modern media is that they allow us to watch the effects of hubris play out in near-real time.

President Obama spoke Wednesday at the U.N. General Assembly as he tackles a range of thorny international issues I must have missed the tackle. Ref, replay the tape please...
Nope, no tackle, just an out of bounds stumble.
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Correspondent Christiane Amanpour says the White House is confused about how to deal with Iran. Obozo could start by joining Canada, Israel and Germany in walking out on ImaNutJob's speech at the U.N. today.< /sarc>
The fact is, he's not one bit confused. He knows exactly what he's doing. It's quite deliberate, and it's ugly and evil.

Wow, Amanpour is daring to speak a fraction of truth about Hussein?
Bad news for Mr. ich bin ein Idiot.
To: OldDeckHand
I guess what she's saying is this effing idiot and the effing idiots around him actually believed Iran would negotiate it's nuclear program away if all they did was say "I am not Bush" and "I'm willing to have direct talks."
This bunch is even dumber and more naive than I thought.

After his speech at the UN today, complete with his palestinian rhetoric, I cannot figure out who in their right mind would support this racist, communist, muslim trash.
Good grief, what a pathetic and dangerous loser Odinga is.

Obama said Iran and North Korea "must be held accountable" if they continue to ignore international nuclear weapons treaties.
"Her emotional delivery from Sarajevo during the Siege of Sarajevo led some viewers and critics to question her professional objectivity, claiming that many of her reports were unjustified and favoured the Bosnian Muslims, to which she replied, 'There are some situations one simply cannot be neutral about, because when you are neutral you are an accomplice. Objectivity doesn't mean treating all sides equally. It means giving each side a hearing.'" --

I guess Obama is figuring out dealing with rogue and other hostile nations is a bit tougher than "community organizing"
I honestly think he believes dealing with these enemies of our country is just a bigger and more complex form of "community organizing" and that model will work because it works in the inner city and DC
He is after all a complex man and has a deep understanding of "community organizing" so he naturally would be the right man for the job, so he arrogantly thinks so.
Obama better put on his big boy under roos real soon before he gets lots of Americans killed

Obama said Iran and North Korea must be held accountable if they continue to ignore international nuclear weapons treaties. How do you hold a sovereign nation "accountable" except through the threat or application of military force? Apparently Obama and his ilk think that there's some other way.
