Did anyone get a picture of the Mall in DC after everyone left or was leaving?
I would love to compare the grounds after "our people" left with the ground after "their BHO worshipers" left.
On the Freeper March on DC we picked up after ourselves and even helped the crews clean up their equipment.
been looking myself
I did read on some of the threads here that the place was clean after everyone left. I would imagine it’s true. If there was any kind of mess, we could be sure that the Left Wing Press would be all over it.
As I recall, there was a HUGE mess after Obama’s coronation.
There was a thread yesterday that had ‘after’ pictures of the pBama inaugural and the DC Tea Party.
If I can find it I will link it to you.
Go to that site for a comparison pic... :-)
Here ya go!
A picture truly is worth a thousand - no, million words...
LOL!
One of the DU’er mentioned that we left the mall area very clean.
Ya got me by 33 seconds.
Nice job!
They have been saying on the local news here that they cleaned up after themselves, and the local news people are astounded. Nobody EVER comes to Washington and leaves the place cleaner than when they arrived. You should have seen what was left behind after the Million Man March. It took them a week to clean it up and haul it all away. And the grass on the mass has never been the same.
Gateway Pundit blog has photos immediately following the Inauguration and photos immediately following Saturday!!!! World of difference ... check’em out.
Do you realize how much over time pay the clean crews were cheated out of unfairly. It is just more proof of how selfish conservatives are all the time. /s
“If everyone swept in front of their own door, the whole world would be clean” (can’t remember the attribution)...but it is why we think we don’t need big government. We have this “crazy” idea that people can take care of their own lives, clean up after themselves etc.
vaudine
You have obviously never lived in Germany.
Thanks for the photo link...although instead of putting it in the trash, I would have taken my sign home with me, that is what I did at the Alamo Tea Party. I keep my signs as a memento, I hang them on the wall in my home office to taunt my liberal relatives...I actually still have the sign from 2000 when I was protesting Gore trying to steal the election ; )
