This is sooooooooo rich. This evolving story is hilarious. Not even "Darth Cheney" cut backroom deals this brazenly.

When did government extortion and collusion become legal?
And how is this transparent?

This is part of this memo! Part of the items, is huge money which will benefit obama in advertising.
“In exchange for these items, the White House agreed to:
1. Oppose importation
2. Oppose rebates in Medicare Part D
3. Oppose repeal of non-interference
4. Oppose opening Medicare Part B”

Opponents of the deal with PhRMA hope that Obama is playing a multilayered game, making a deal in order to keep the drug makers in his camp for now, but planning to double-cross them in the end if he needs to in order to pass his signature initiative. Democrats...even their dreams involve dishonesty.

This memo isn't accurate and does not reflect the agreement with the drug companies," said White House spokesman Reid Cherlin. Well, then what was the agreement? I'm sure we'd all like to know.

“the Pharmaceutical Researchers and Manufacturers Association (PhRMA) agreed to cut $80 billion in projected costs to taxpayers and senior citizens over ten years.”
Keywords,”projected cost”.
That makes for a good deal for the Pharmaceuticals. They just have to claim they saved taxpayers $80 billion then they have the competition eliminated.
