Pittsburgh, PA - The American Civil Liberties Union Of Pennsylvania is filing a lawsuit on behalf of the group ACORN calling into question the constitutionality of the state's voter registration law.
Pennsylvania's voter registration law is being targeted in a lawsuit claiming it's unconstitutional and is handcuffing groups trying to enroll more residents to vote. The Association of Community Organizations for Reform NOw ( ACORN) conducts voter registration drives in the state by paying workers to get low and moderate income residents to sign up. Vic Walczak, legal director for the A-C-L-U of Pennsylvania, which filed the suit, says the state law makes it illegal to pay workers based on the number of applications they collect. He says ACORN doesn't pay "per application"....

If obama loses acorn, he is doomed. His 2012 election will be a landslide crash. He will be crushed and he knows it.
