I am afraid I agree. She stumbles badly speaking off-the-cuff. A very sweet, likeable person, but not a serious national candidate. She didn’t have the sense to stay out of the shark pool with Couric and Gibson, although to a great extent this was sabotage by McCain’s people, it demonstrates a serious lack of judgement and experience. By all means, Palin should run 3rd party, the GOP elites hate her and they will sabotage her, and in this way she may very well be of service destroying the biggest impediment to conservatism, which is the GOP.
I could be wrong about this but I suspect that because Savage was born before the baby boom generation; he is like a lot of people of his generation. They were always taught that a woman could be smart or strong or attractive. She was not permitted to be all three. Palin is. Such a woman was considered a threat. JMHO

I'm going to have to question your credibility due to that statement. Do you really think it was her lack of judgment. If I remember correctly it wasn't Mrs Palin calling the shots. It was the old man's handlers that did it and she went along because she was trying to be gracious with the folks that gave her the opportunity.
A third Palin party would definitely clinch a second Obama term. Can you say spoiler?
