Acting head of Freddie Mac commits suicide

The acting head of Freddie Mac, David Kellermann, has apparently committed suicide, Fairfax County Police tell WTOP. Fairfax County Police spokeswoman Mary Anne Jennings says Kellermann, 41, was found at his Hunter Mill Estates home Wednesday morning.

Jennings says police responded to the home after family members called police around 5 a.m.

"We were called from inside the house to come investigate an apparent suicide," Jennings says.

Because of legal ramifications, Jennings says she can't describe the nature of the suicide.

"We're not to give you details of the condition of the body, except to say it was an apparent suicide," Jennings says.

Ted Nugent is famous for saying Drugs and Alcohol lead to prison or death.

I would like to add liberal policies to that list.

Reports of additional bailout negligence and mismanagement---that could amount to official thievery of hundreds of billions of dollars according to CBS News----are rocking the Obama admin as lack of oversight has produced multiple TARP messes, leaving Democrats running for cover. New revelations include excessive executive bonuses at F/Mae and F/Mac, companies at the very heart of the financial meltdown, and Democrats acknowledging that 13 of the financial firms receiving taxpayer bailouts owe more than $220M in unpaid back federal taxes.”

So we have reports of it being a hanging and a self inflicted gunshot wound now?

Wonder which one it is?

Conspiracy Nuts? ... You might want to wait for the “official story” which is being written right now.

That was Mike Allen of Politico’s point...he said his long career of criminal reporting tells him a family man would not do it in the home.

Give me a break. He needs to study more suicidology.

BTW, note that the guy was under pressure from bonuses he just got last month.

Politico’s Mike Allen, who has experience reporting on crime, told the Friends that it is very suspicious that a man would commit suicide at home with his family present.

My prayers are with the family, and especially the person that found him.It will be a long road for that person to travel. My older brother committed suicide 10 years ago with family members at home.It is a terrible thing to go through.

“Here It Comes” (Prime Delinquencies)
The Market Ticker ^ | 4/22/09 | Karl Denninger

I and others have for nearly two years said that “subprime” was going to be a side show compared to both ALT-A and “Prime” delinquencies on mortgages.

All I can say now is: it’s starting.

April 21 (Bloomberg) — Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgage delinquencies among the most creditworthy homeowners rose 50 percent in a month as borrowers said drops in income or too much debt caused them to fall behind, according to data from federal regulators.

The number of so-called prime borrowers at least 60 days behind on mortgages owned or guaranteed by the companies rose to 743,686 in January, from 497,131 in December, and is almost double the total for October, the Federal Housing Finance Agency said in a report to Congress today.

Of all borrowers who ended up in default, 34 percent told Fannie and Freddie they were earning less money, about 20 percent cited excessive debt as a reason for missing mortgage payments, and 8.1 percent blamed unemployment, FHFA said.

Uh huh.

It isn’t over either.

Perhaps in response to this, Freddie Mac’s acting head apparently has committed suicide:

All I can say it, this death looks just too convenient for some people who could be seriously in trouble if this guy blabbed. He knew enough, if he worked at Freddie Mac for 16 years.

I hope he made a DVD of himself telling all--and sent it to George Bush!

My prayers are peace to his family and may his death not be in vain, like all the other too convenient ones.

“Very possibly wrong, I know that most of my life policies over the years stated they pay out on suicide once the policy is two years old.”

Correct, this clause is usually inserted in most policies. Prayers to this man’s family.

I’m sure the State Run Media will ‘choose’ not to cover this story.

And we know hat’s just untrue. It happens all too often.
Mike Allen is a sensationalist at times, in addition to being an O-dweeb.

Over at the DUmp people are offended at Bill because supposedly he’s ‘making fun’ of Kellerman’s death (yeah, right)...surprisingly, there seems to be some people over there with ‘lousy FReeper troll’ tendencies who also are suspicious over Kellerman’s death!!!

You know it’s obvious there’s a coverup when even DUmmies pick up on the clues!

Did they find him with his hands zip tied behind his back?!

You do realize that even that would not necessarily be an indication of murder, though if it were his first attempt it would be more likely.

Many people who have "saved" themselves the first time they attempt, have tied their hands so they don't do it when they try again.

Of course, that's because most people don't understand the difference between suspension hanging (which strangulates and is very painful) and long-drop (judicial-type) hanging, which breaks the neck.

Nah. Bush is a politician. He'd save it for political purposes. Maybe Judicial Watch or something? That would be awesome.
