For what it’s worth, Miss CA scored 3rd in swimsuit and 2nd in evening gown so she probably didn’t lose because of the question (as outrageous as it was). Miss NC was 1st in swimsuit, 1st in evening gown, and won the competition.

Judging by the video Perez Hilton posted this monring that I saw on the news does this mean tht Miss California USA has a lawsuit agaisnt the padgent for violating her right to practise religion and also her right to free speech?
