I find it shameful that the university allowed the covering of religious symbols that represents its foundation as a institution. They have no regard for what is right?
If H. Obama can make you cover the cross, then he can rule you with an iron hand. If you believe this to be nonsense…look to the Germany of the 1930’s. It is here that little by little the cross was eroded into the worship of the state.
Is this truly what Georgetown wants to stand for as an elite educational institution?
My question is this truly what we are going to allow as U.S. Citizens? As one wise pastor said, silence is agreement…so as Christians following Christ is the massive silence from the pews and pulpits encouraging evil to prevail? The answer is all too apparent.
But if it were an Islamic symbol, he wouuld have embraced it.

It is no longer elite. The humanities faculties of our top colleges have beclowned them. I f**t in the general direction of interviewees possessing an undergrad lib arts degree... they know nothing and are anxious to prove it.

(I was listening to DM talk about the inscription "INRI" on the Cross of Jesus last night; thought maybe he was referring to GTown blotting out "IHS". I was shocked to hear dennis miller continue by making fun of the Holy Eucharist, (Holy Communion), joking about the Catholic Church coming out with sublingual version and pop-rocks version etc. Remember when Bill Cosby did similar many years ago --- stating something like Communion needed some peanut butter and jelly to go with it -- this had damaged his comedy career for years back then. If true, Catholics need to protest his presence on national cable TV and demand he at least apologize. I bet he would not have the guts to do the same to Judaism or Islam - it would be a gigantic PC no-no and would probably lose his show. He is interesting and controversial but not really as funny as he thinks he is; Dennis Miller is a liberal at heart and thinks Jon Stewart and Bill Maher are funny.)
Although Peter did the same thing and things worked out quite well for him.
So I guess maybe they're banking on that.
