Obama is a wimp!

First Kim, then Sarkozy, then the pirates, and now the governors!

No kidding...

The only people Obama seems to be able to roll are guilt-ridden middle-class white Americans.

Everyone else is cleaning his clock.

I’m curious if this law passes would that mean a fully automatic rifle manufactured in Montana and stays in Montana would be exempt from Federal laws as far as Montana is concerned?...

I am so proud that so many are coming out against this administrations fascism and socialistic takeovers of our people. We need our state governments to put the brakes on and put them on hard!

If we are really going to stand up to the fascists in D.C. then we need Republicans, Independents, and conservative Democrats to join the fray.

Good on you Governor!

This should offer another challenge to Wickard v Filburn.

It'll be interesting to see if the same people that cheered when the Bush administration lawyers argued to uphold it in the Raisch case still feel that way when Obama's Justice Department does the same.

The governor was in a tough spot.

Sign it and get re-elected.

Veto it and get skewered.

Move to Montana.

Part of the deal is the weapons don’t leave the state, else they become subject to federal laws.

Some thoughtful legislation such as this might have saved those burnt to death at Waco.

It is amazing to me that when it comes down to something like guns, some dems actually do see the constitutional light. But then, most of these dems are in very RED states.

FU feds!!

"Since the law applies only to those guns that are made and kept in Montana, its impact is limited. The state is home to just a handful of specialty gun makers, known for recreating rifles used to settle the West, and most of their customers are out-of-state."
