MY CONGRESSMAN! Jason Chaffetz (Utah 3rd Congressional District) gave a rousing speech.
A pan of the crowd while Jason was speaking. I'd estimate 3,000 people were there. The ground sloped away from the speakers, so it does not like nearly that many. There were also a lot of people off to the sides.
Hats for sale. I love capitalism.

The local media were out in force.

OK everyone, smile for the Homeland Security cameras. And thanks for getting together, makes getting all of you right wing extremist mug shots a lot easier. You one-issue kooks. Today, you complain about paying your taxes, tomorrow you will complain about illegal immigration, the next day, you’ll complain about paying taxes to support illegal immigrants. OK, now, please turn to the left for the profile shot. Now with facial recognition software, we should be able to find all of you as you congregate at your training camps this summer. Don’t mind the drones flying overhead at the beaches, lake fronts, Wisconsin Dells, Outer Banks, wherever you congregate, we will tax you and take your picture. And don’t bother bringing your radios on vacation, your mind control agents, Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, Ingraham, Savage, they’ll all be off the air, it’s a matter of Homeland Security now. Instead, raido station will be airing daily briefs from Comrade Napolitano of Homeland Security. We know, she’s butt ugly, which is why we will have her on radio first, but if you don’t cooperate, she’ll be on TV by September. Now aren’t you glad you bought that HD plasma screen.......
