Britain's Press Association reports that the Royal couple gave the Obamas "a silver-framed, signed photograph of themselves."

It’s not dissing. I have several metal disks in my pocket, each with the likeness of the Queen embossed in bas-relief. These are valuable things anywhere in the Commonwealth.

I can’t believe that SOMEONE in the professional White House staff or even at the State Department doesn’t have some protocol experience in matters like this. That the I-pod was filled with Obama speeches also shows arrogance and narcissism.
