Thousands to March on Wall Street & AIG on APRIL 3 as part of the Bail Out People, Not Banks Protest

Main focus of March:

* The need for a real jobs program
* A moratorium on foreclosures and evictions

The April 3 March on Wall Street will begin with an opening rally at 1:00 PM at Wall Street and Broadway, followed by a march to AIG at 70 Pine St.

AIG outrage must fuel a struggle for a real jobs program

On Friday, April 3, the Bail Out the People Movement, a growing coalition of hundreds of organizations and thousands of activists, will march on Wall Street and AIG. Protesters on April 3 will bring demands for a real jobs program, a moratorium on foreclosures, and other necessary programs for bailing out the people, not banks and Wall Street financial institutions.

When is House Ways and Means Committee chairman, Charlie Rangel, going to be investigated for his ties to these communist organizations in New York?

Clark, with Workers World Party, started up that other 'peace' group, A.N.S.W.E.R. Clark also heads the International Action Center and was actually once Attorney General of the United States under democrat LBJ.

"Officially, the organizer of the Washington demonstration was International ANSWER (Act Now to Stop War & End Racism). But ANSWER is run by WWP activists, to such an extent that it seems fair to dub it a WWP front. Several key ANSWER officials -- including spokesperson Brian Becker -- are WWP members. Many local offices for ANSWER’s protest were housed in WWP offices. Earlier this year, when ANSWER conducted a press briefing, at least five of the 13 speakers were WWP activists. They were each identified, though, in other ways, including as members of the International Action Center.

The IAC, another WWP offshoot, was a key partner with ANSWER in promoting the protest. It was founded by Ramsey Clark, attorney general for President Lyndon Johnson in the 1960s."

What did you expect would happen when people lost jobs that can not be replaced (tech, manufacturing, banking, clerical....all gone for good). My hubby and I have warned for years that the jobs losses associated with free trade and globalization would bring Marxism to this country...what did you think would happen? You can not deprive people of their livelihood and not face civil unrest of some sort.
