“older Americans” - Which is why my grandma got diagnosed with anemia because she couldn’t chew meat....wait.....
I have her eating plenty of meat now. She feels much better.
Once again...here’s something fun to do. FIND a vegan and ask them if they favor embryonic stem cell research. When they say, yes...ask why eating an egg exploits the chicken, but taking cells from a human is a-ok!
I keep kosher so I can’t eat everything but our stuff is pretty darn good :)
***Cant stand anything from a cow, especially dead decomposing carcass.......***
Yum... bring on the charcoal.
I think caveman’s life expectancy was say . . . about 28 or so?
There are other diets?
I am a meatatarian, but I occasionally dabble in veggies :>)
I don’t know,if someone asked”worst or steak,,hmm steak! lol
big o can afford wagyu beef.
For once I have to agree.
Not too many, tasty, steak-laden steers die of old age.
Then beer was invented and they lived well past 21.
“Tofu Tartare”
Horse Hocky..That’s stupid..Out of touch and wrong...
The rest of the story..
It’s not the meat...!!!It’s how the meat is grown and fed..
Big Feed lot Beef/Meat is striped clean (of Omega 3) by force feeding corn (Omega 6)..
It’s the corn fed beef only that tears your body up..
Unbalanced Omega-6 (corn) TO Omega-3 Grass/good hay
Both my GP lived past 97 years old and their diet was mostly BEEF.
See why.. http://trisranch.com/omega3beef.html
Unbalanced corn fed beef only.. are high in Omega- 6 levels and found in most Supermarket beef counters. Omega 6 as told by Dr. Treg. A typical American diet contains 11 to 30 times more Omega 6 than Omega 3 fatty acids.

Processed meat, yes. But as for fresh red meat, I call BULLSH!T.
But not if you have your grilled steak with a nice Cabernet.
I’ve had wurst in Germany though. That’s some good stuff.
Ok, steak in one hand, wurst in the other.
Walk tall and carry a big sausage.
Blood type O..eat all the meat you want, but no bread.
Blood type A..no red meat, should be a Japanese type diet.
Blood type B..certain red meats, lots of cheese, yogurt and all the broccoli you can hold.
Blood type AB..everything in moderation.
See Peter D’Adamo website.
BTW, note that these are NOT double-blind, randomized studies but “observations” that did not allow for other variables. They “observed” that these people followed certain things, but can’t prove it. Moreover, a new British study showed that of all things, eating more meat LOWERED colon cancer (although other cancers were up). Still, this was the one that meat-eating was supposed to trigger.
How about a nice piece of loin from Bambi all grilled up over hardwood charcoal with peppercorns and au jus?
