Unfortunately, how many laws, in the history of our - or any - nation, has ever been repealed? Not many, and usually not until after long decades have passed. And new laws are constantly being created.

Imagine if we could stack all of the laws in America (alone) one on top of the other - would the stack reach the moon? The sun? The outer limits of the Solar System?
