On 24 February 2009, President Barack Obama said during his speech: “The United States of America Does Not Torture.”
The President’s words were cast LIVE, around the globe, and I was literally on the other side of the world, a dozen time zones away watching it on CNN. I made a small entry on the website with a few thoughts, unleashing a torrent of criticism, which was expected; I don’t write to please, but in an attempt to deliver truth about the war.

The entire Obama administration IS torture! Who says that torture really isn’t used in the U.S.?
“I was hoping that Senator McCain would take the Oval Office. McCain demonstrated better understanding of the wars.”
Yon tells it like it is. War has a way of making the politics seem distant and silly. However, he grasped that it was better to have someone in charge who understood.
Now, the nation must suffer a president who is, quite literally, destroying our economny, AND who doesn’t understand the wars.

This administration is torture. Also, how about the babies killed from abortion? Is that not torture? Oh yeah, it’s only the terrorists that we don’t want to hurt.
Really enjoyed ‘24’ on Monday. Jack Bauer was just about to get the terrorist target by threatening to use a taser on this guy’s neck. The guy was about to spill when the President’s team blasted down the door and took Jack into custody. The President offered the guy immunity for the info and the guy just smirked and said ‘I want counsel’. No info, terrorists inside the WH, tens of Secret Service dead and the President and her daughter along with 25 others now hostages. Showed exactly why we need very coercive methods for getting info from terrorists and their sympathizers.
I dunno, Jack’s commercial to help “solve this climate problem” just weirded me out.
Never Forget and “Never Again”. Lvov, Belzec concentration camp and Auschwitz. I wasn’t around to save my relatives then, but I’m here now to protect my country. No cowards allowed.
