Blagojevich spent $400,000 of Illinois taxpayer money to hire a lobbyist to get this pork through last year.....now it's back.

...disgraced Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich paid Cassidy and Associates, a major Washington, D.C. lobbying firm, $468,000 in public funds to lobby to restart the project.

Actually, this is one item that is NOT pork!

Democrat Governor Blagojevich was going to pay it back out of the proceeds from the Senate seat lease.
