Maybe McCain will finally see the light...or maybe not. Only time will tell.

The Commie ‘RATS have a lot of paybacks they need to dish out to the maggots who gave them total control of the government back in November. Especially the worthless, greedy scumbags in the “environmental movement.”

If the “Moderate” Republicans and Democrats cut 100 Billion from this pork-bloated monster of a bill, it will still be over $850 Billion in useless spending and will be just as destructive to the economy. The only principled position is to vote NO to the whole bloody mess.
The economy self-corrects. We should not let the ‘Rats use economic hard times to justify the passage of their usual tax-and-spend fantasies.

Hey, Juan! All your buddies across the aisle that you keep reaching out to them... they just biotch-slapped you to the tune of 57-0. CAN YOU HEAR THEM NOW?
To: rabscuttle385
Of course they would kill it — there isn’t enough pork, wasted spending, and payback in it. The Democrats could give a rip less about the taxpayer as long as they can buy votes with some giveaway program.
To: rabscuttle385
You know all Republicans need to oppose this crapola when friggin’ McCain’s amendment is defeated by the Dems.
To: rabscuttle385
If Obama wants his stimulus, he should ram it through with Democratic votes. Other than voting no when the time comes, the Republicans need to stay on the sidelines.
To: rabscuttle385
They need to cut waaaay more than 1 Billion from this monstrosity.......

He won't. There is no bipartisanship and any GOP Senator who votes for the porkulus bill deserves to be shown the door next year!

What this is, is a piece of theater.
McCain knew this bill was going nowhere.
