West Hollywood, CA, Jan 15, 2009 / 10:05 pm (CNA).- A new pro-life mini-movie showing the stages of development in an unborn child has been released by Catholic Media House.
The mini-movie, titled The Miracle of Life, asks the questions When does Life Begin? and Do you know about the miracle of life?
The movie also uses high-quality photographs of unborn life and ultrasound videos to humanize the unborn.
Using text captions, the movie explains how at conception, a babys physical traits such as sex, eye color, and hair color have already been determined. It adds that a babys heart starts to beat only 22 days after conception, before most women even know theyre pregnant.
Speaking of an unborn child, it says by the 11th week, she can smile and frown, wiggle her fingers and toes, and even suck her thumb.

Ping.
Will be banned as “Hate Speech”
That is a very nice movie.
Whoa — someone’s head will roll for not stopping this.

But...but, it’s “just a collection of cells.” /s
The Catholic church is right on so many issues, foremost in my mind the Sanctity of Life. Surely this comes from God’s heart. The truth must be spoken, even if people don’t want to hear it.Kudos and thanks to Catholic News Media.
The Pro Life and Sanctity of Life movements are bringing Catholics, Protestants, and Orthodox together in common cause. From Eduardo Verastegui to Sarah Palin we should see some waves made during the first months of the new pro abortion president.
“we should see some waves made during the first months of the new pro abortion president.”

That would be good news.
Several years ago PBS had a Nova program titled “Miracle of Life”. It showed the growth progress of a baby from conception to birth. It was fascinating. Wonder if they’d show it now in this day and time?
Thanks a lot.
