Democratic political guru James Carville predicts the Democratic Party — currently disgraced by the venal behavior of Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich — will suffer a series of embarrassing scandals in 2009.
Carville, who ran Bill Clinton’s successful presidential campaign in 1992, said the reason is based on simple math: More Democrats in elected office increases the likelihood of scandal.
“I firmly believe that there are streaks, and that political scandals happen in clusters,” Carville said, in a posting on CNN.com.
There are several burgeoning scandals right now in Democratic circles:
* Blagojevich is accused by federal prosecutors of conspiring to sell Barack Hussein Obama Jr.’s former Senate seat to the highest bidder.
* Former low-rated talk show host Al Franken is being accused of stealing an election — with the help of Obama’s ACORN organization — in Minnesota.
* Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) is alleged to have not paid his taxes.
* Former Rep. Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s White House chief of staff, is accused of shenanigans regarding his property taxes in Chicago.
* Obama himself was alleged in the U.K. press to have had an ongoing affair, which, just like the John Edwards scandal, has not yet been covered by the U.S. media.

Good tactics. Now when we find out that Obama is a lying foreigner, that he took or offered bribes in choosing his replacement, and the other “surprises”, Carville can dismiss it as “old news”.

I have decided that we should all wear black and go into mourning on Inaguration day...like Katie Couric did when Bush was re-elected. Drape our doors with black swags, etc.
American freedoms are dying and socialism is winning. Obama and his ilk will squeeze every freedom away that they can, under the guise of the government doing good for/knowing what's best for all the people - and the sheeple who don't recognize socialism will think they are getting a great deal. And - Since the young generation has no idea, and hasn't been taught in schools about what they are loosing, nothing seems important about this loss of freedoms to them. Kinda like the loss of a relative they never knew for them, isn't it? They just think the "change" is great and the loss is no big deal.
There would be alot more scandals uncovered if the Media, also known as friends of the democrats, would do their job.
They left out the trial of that Dems freezer cash!
In order to turn a crime into a scandal, though, you need the media, and I would not count on them doing anything more than covering up for the Dems.
Doesn’t look good for the Dems when one of their biggest cheerleaders is making predictions like these.

Well he may be a liberal but he’s not stupid. He knows the kind of people that backed Obama, and he also knows that the “YES WE CAN” prayer is going to sound increasingly dumb when people no longer have Bu$hitler to blame for everything.
