THE Turkish shoe company making the brand of footwear used by an Iraqi journalist who threw his shoes at US President George W. Bush has seen a surge in orders. The liklihood of similar attacks have increased.
The assailant is a cult hero
people are celebrating his attack
The shoes are now a hot item
He went from unknown to headline
He could write a book
