How Does The Strongest Case Against The President-Elect Concede He Was Born In The United States?
As The Supreme Court of the United States continues to weigh the case of Donofrio v. Wells, in which the plaintiff argues that Barack Obama is ineligible to be President based, in part, on British law, a Constitutional crisis may be brewing.
Rob Roselli was an average American citizen who went to work as a civil engineer each day. Today, he has reached a point of such concern for his country that it has assumed "top priority" status.
"I find the Donofrio case so compelling because of what it says about the forces at work," Roselli says, "We are looking at a president-elect who is an enigma by any standard around whom some extremely suspicious events have unfolded."
Roselli points to a very salient quote from Donofrio as a reason why the Supreme Court should hear his case. "Donofrio said in a recent interview that a lawyer never asks a question he cannot answer," said Roselli. "Here we have a case based on unprecedented historical events and facts related to the president-elect and the odds the Supreme Court will even consider it are very long at this point. For anyone who doesn't think there are some very powerful and nefarious forces behind this, I have some beach front property in Arizona to sell you," Roselli said.
As a citizen of New Jersey, Donofrio's complaint is against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Wells. Like Donofrio, Roselli is also a citizen of New Jersey who sees an injustice that needs to be made right.
