MAF Announcing Honoring Heroes at the Holidays II

Move America Forward is thrilled to announce that we are bringing back Honoring Heroes at the Holidays to honor our troops again this Christmas and holiday season!

Last year, MAF introduced Honoring Heroes at the Holidays and traveled to cities all over the country. We were so excited by the results that we had to do it again for 2008! Our troops deserve to know that we love and appreciate them!



Starting December 13th, we’ll once again be hitting the road to take our message to the people of America who want to show their support for the men and women of the military. Instead of Christmas and Hanukkah with their families, these Americans are spending the holidays this year protecting our freedom in far off lands.

We’re thrilled at the prospects of what this tour can accomplish and give Americans the opportunity to show their support for the troops, but we’ll need a lot of help from you to make it the huge success our troops deserve. Please come out and see us if we’re traveling through your city.

Here is the update for locations for the first four days.

MAF Releasing First Tour Stop Locations

Move America Forward is releasing details on the first leg of the over 3,000 mile nationwide tour that launches December 13. The Honoring Heroes at the Holidays II Nationwide Tour is an effort by pro-troop group Move America Forward to drive sponsorships of care packages for our troops.

Volunteers in MAF’s Sacramento headquarters will be packing up the packages to support this monumental drive to send care packages to our troops who are still fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, and winning a stunning victory over terrorists.

Move America Forward will be hitting the road for over a week visiting cities all across the country spread the word about the care packages, and encourage our troops to keep winning and not to lose heart during the difficult holiday season away from home. Our troops deserve our greatest appreciation and support and together with the patriotic American people, MAF intends to show it!

Hey Syncro. Will you be traveling south (via 99 or I-5)after the ceremonies in Sacramento as you head to LV? I’d be honored to give y’all a wave and shout-out as you pass through Modesto.

It does look like we are going down 99, leaving at about 11 am from Sacto.

Get a bunch of people together and wave from us from an overpass!

Not too many people, more than 10,000 or so will make the overpass dip to the top of the bus.

The closest parking spot from the overpass was about 1/4 mile away. I was walking up the ramp when I got your call. dang!
