A computer imaging expert, who examined the "Certification of Live Birth" Barack Obama's campaign posted online to rebut charges he is ineligible to be president due to the Constitution's "natural born citizen" requirement, says it's a fake, and further, that such fraud is criminal.
The Obama campaign has told WND such allegations are "garbage," but Dr. Ron Polarik, who holds a Ph.D. in instructional media and is a "guru" on computer technology such as printers, scanners and digital imaging, disagrees. His analyses have been posted online in a YouTube video, which also is embedded here:

Obama was suppose to respond by Dec 1 to the Berg case. It is not mandatory to respond. Berg is getting ready to file another motion.
By the way, Keyes lawyer stated that the Obama team is allowed two extra days for mail delay. So it could be on the way. I doubt it.

I think they may be wrong about the part of it being illegal to go to Pakistan at the time. I read that is was frowned upon but no illegal.
It will end when ‘the one’ finally gets the cajones to release his vault copy birth records. Until then it will never die, it’ll only get worse as ‘the one’ continues to hide and stonewall the courts.
My prediction if he continues to stonewall, more and more Americans will begin to suspect he’s not eligible and eventually everything he tries to pass as President will be considered invalid. The military will eventually refuse to obey his orders and we’re headed for a revolution II or a civil war II.
Just imagine: this hoax as you put it would go away in five minutes if he would just release his birth certificate instead of spending a million dollars trying to stop it! And no you don’t think of that do you or try to answer the question WHY exactly is he spending so much money trying to hide the thing?!?!?!?

It isn't the Berg case that goes to the judges Friday, it's the Donofrio case.
It may be the Berg case that Zero was supposed to respond to yesterday. I haven't heard anything about that yet.
I’m concerned that there will be some “middle ground” struck where the USSC justices look at the real BC privately, rule him eligible, yet refuse to make the BC public, thus leaving a cloud over the issue.
That seems like wishful thinking to me. Based on past experience, I expect the Supremes to come back and say: “We refuse to look at this case because we read in the newspapers that it’s silly, so THERE.”
This really frosts me. Why is it that we-the-sheeple have to prove 1001 to get a driver’s license (for example), but The Messiah doesn’t have to do ANYTHING to prove HE’S eligible for the most important job on the planet?
And how can the MSM get away with simply refusing to report any of this? What kind of country are we living in now... because it isn’t the one I grew up in.

That's a valid point. However, I have faith in at least 2 of the justices (Thomas & Roberts) to bring the truth as to what the BC really says to the public -- at least in a written formal opinion.
So if Thomas & Roberts (and very likely Alito and Scalia as well) are satisfied that 'the one' is in truth natural born based on what they see on his BC, then I would be satisfied even if I don't get to see it personally.
My biggest fear is that the majority of SCOTUS (all of those anti-constitution liberals on the bench) may seek to 're-define' what natural born is and try to claim that a birth to any one U.S. citizen no matter where or under what conditions qualifies. This may well be the ball they will punt.
And imagine what the consequences of that would be: 2 Saudi's come to America on vacation, one gives birth in a U.S. Hospital and the baby becomes a U.S. citizen being born on U.S. soil. The 2 Saudi's return to Saudi Arabia and raise the child overseas in a virulent branch of Islam. Said child grows up completely outside of any U.S. allegiance -- marries another non-American Saudi -- they in turn have a child born outside the U.S. raised in radical Islam who subsequently in later years returns to the U.S. and sets up a run for President. No allegiance to the U.S. whatsoever yet is natural-born by the SCOTUS ruling years earlier since he's a 'child' of a 'citizen'. A frightening precedent would be set!
