The converse of the statement would bring calls of racism and demands for apologies, reparations, and healing.
It appears that if you do not meet the EGG selection criteria then your role is to sit in the back of the bus, pay the bills, and be quiet.
I hate the term ‘Reverse Discrimination’. Discrimination is Discrimination no matter where it is directed! The reverse would be acceptance.

It did happen to me. Navy enlisted from 1964 to 1990. They made the folks sitting on the promotion selection boards take a secrecy oath because they were afraid that the troops would go into open rebellion if the truth about their instructions to the board were made public.
Can it happen to you? It HAS happened to you!
Have you ever?
- applied to a University
- applied for a mortgage
- taken a civil service exam
- worked for the US State Dept.
- worked for nearly any police force in the USA
Technically there is no reverse discrimination. If you dig down into the law you’ll find that it only pertains to members of a protected class.
So that makes this just run of the mill racism, sexism, hetero-phobia etc.

I hadn't thought about "REVENGE DISCRIMINATION" before, but there is probably more truth in that than we know. It will probably rear it's ugly head when Zeroman starts to spread < our > wealth around. We're in for a rough ride, IMHO.
my family alone has experienced reverse discrimination time after time....
1- I wanted to apply for a job with the FBI out of college (I received three degrees in college; two bachelor degrees and an associates)...I was told, “you're a white, single male- you've got little chance to get in”....
2- my dad was a NYC police officer for 21 years...he was a detective who took the sergeant’s test w/20 years on the job...he got in the upper 90’s on the test but others, who were not white and who scored in the 70’s, were promoted over him to fill racial quota's....
3- my sister was consistently bypassed for financial assistance in college because she was white even though the minorities who did get the aid had equal household incomes...
all true examples...
This has been going on for 30 years. Go to any court building and see angry fat black women running security. They are the ones who walk very slowly.

There is still a secret weapon available to you that is so powerful, and so easy to use, that the PCers won't know what hit them.
They'll think they're being all affirmative-actiony, and YOU will be the ones getting hired.
