Obama’s Gun Plans

The Tiahrt amendment, which prevents every local police and sheriff’s office from fishing through federal firearm records will be repealed. Currently, only BATFE is authorized to access the sensitive data, provides it to local LEOs as needed and only while conducting bona fide criminal investigations. NY mayor Bloomberg is instigating this, to get his hands on the data and advance his harassing lawsuits against the gun industry. The Uninvited Ombudsman predicts the next step will be complaints that most private gun ownership data is not in federal hands, and can’t be searched “to keep Americans safe.”

This line is too good not to quote: “Obama and Biden also favor commonsense (sic) measures that respect the Second Amendment rights of gun owners, while keeping guns away from children and from criminals who shouldn’t have them.” ... read more

Go for it O. The first criminal case of ANY law he signs or repeals will mean the defendant can demand to see O’s birth certificate and have a team of forensic people there to prove it is a fraud. Any law he passes, bill he signs, treaty, appointment etc etc will be void.

Has anyone else noticed the delicious irony that most of the ammunition for resistance will be of Russian origin?

BATFE is moving to a "paperless" online approach instead of the Form 4473. In time, there will be a database of the 4473 information instead of paper copies at each FFL location. De facto gun registration. It was always a possibility as BATFE has always been empowered to "visit" an FFL and collect the 4473 forms on file. Why "fish" through paper when BATFE will soon have a real database online?

The Tiahrt amendment could still deny access to "fishing" in the datbase version. Bloomberg's goons want the prohibition overturned so they can continue to harass gun shop owners.

Litigation during the first four years should be pretty entertaining.

I think someone posted a thread on Edwin Viera Jr. article but they did not pull out the main points. Viera has his BS,MS, JD and PhD from Harvard (not the foreign student affirmative action program) and he has been a Constitutional attorney for 30 years.

Any law Obama signs will be challenged, any criminal defendant will be able to demand O’s birth certificate for any law he signs. If he is a fraud then any of these cases and laws will be thrown out.

This will not go away and we will have chaos and it will not end until he steps down and is prosecuted for fraud.

After that we will also find out who donated to his campaign with lawsuits to the Fed Election Commission demanding documents showing where the money came from.

After that hopefully the assistant U.S. Attorney Fitzpatrick in Chicago will indict him with IL gov and their other cronies.

That article literally had me jumping up and down because if true 0 is totally defanged and the rail is being greased to run him out of town as a fraud.

The first anti gun moves will come at us by way of legislating legal ammunition. Expect lead bullets to be illegal soon. The next step will be to limit the amount of ammunition that can be legally owned. Reloaders beware. Rest assured, this bunch of Marxist kooks will do all they can to disarm Americans. Every time a nut case kills people, there will be draconian gun legislation ready to push the anti gun agenda forward. Think Scotland. Our hopes are the 2nd Amendment, the Supreme Court and passive resistance of gun owners who won’t submit to tyranny.

Anyone tried to buy ammunition in Mexico?
Is it easy/dificult. Smells like ripe opportunity for some creative capitalism.

Mr. Viera is a very bright Constitutional attorney. He and another attorney work at their consrvative think thank law firm in VA.

This going to be our Rules for Conservative Radicals.

I am totally convinced this man is NOT eligble to be POTUS. Even if he was born in Hawaii then Leo has it that his dad is a British citizen so O is not eligble.

The fact that he has not produced a birth cert leads me to believe he was not born in the USA.

I also think many conservative attorneys will be taking these cases up not that Mr. Viera, Leo and others are showing us the way. I think it has just taken some time to figure out what has happened.

The Framers set up Judicial, Legislative and Executive branches of govt to check each other and protect the citizens. Well Exec & Legislative are screwing us around so we will use the Constitution & Judicial to expose and bring to heel these frauds.

Obama has engaged in a massive fraud. It will eventually come out.

Good post. I’d add to your list of “hopes” those members of congress and state legislatures who wish to retain their seats.

The comments are very thought provoking, especially the comments about Martial Law and the video.

A lot of us talk big about what we'd do if they come to our house and demand to search for weapons and no doubt such talk comes from the heart. But what if it is really happening to you? You have rights? You don't think they can do whatever they want to?

Watch this and tell me what you'd do differently. Put yourself in any of these people's shoes and see what feelings come up.

They would have to shut down the means of communication.

The 0bastapo would only get about one good day’s worth of raids before people got the word out and either a resistance was organized or everyone hid their valuables until the search was over.

I agree, Frantzie. This issue is not going to go away just because Obama hopes it will. This guy is playing a dangerous game of hide and seek, and if he was a Republican the media would have been all over this story for the past two years.

So, you’re saying that any prosecution of a violation of any law that 0bama signs

would be subject to challenge by the defendent on the grounds that the law wasn’t legitimate because the president isn’t Constitutionally qualified to sign it...

Interesting.

With the entire planet becoming increasingly dangerous on a daily basis, the government seeks to eliminate the means by which citizens can protect themselves, their homes, and their loved ones. Logic turned upside down. FUBAR.
