Obama Must Comply With Immigration Reform and Control (IRCA) Act of 1986
The Immigration Control and Reform Act of 1986 (IRCA) mandates employment eligibility verification. POTUS is a federal job and ALL federal jobs require this procedure. In this case, there is also a natural born citizen requirement.
If no verification is done, then (I suspect) any employer recently fined and/or convicted for using illegal workers would have immediate grounds for dismissal on the grounds of 14th Amendment Equal Protection and discrimination violations.

I still believe his birth certificate is fine. If I am correct, he will show it to whom he needs to show it now. He could not have word that he was listed as Caucasian getting out too soon.

The DNC already posted images of his Hawaii Certificate Of Live Birth (COLB) on the Internet. They were apparently determined to be forgeries.
He already had his chance to produce his birth certificate in court (twice) and he declined. Instead, he got the judges (Clinton appointees) to dismiss based on “lack of standing” by the plaintiff (Phillip Berg).
Thats why Berg has petitioned SCOTUS for a Writ of Certiorari. Obama has until 12/01/08 to respond.
No seal on the COLB. Anyone could have created it on the Internet. His Kenyan G-ma says he was born in Kenya. Will anybody hold this charlatan accountable?
The Potus is not hired by the govt. but by the people. It would seem to me to be beyond the scope of this law.

These two Socialists must be reading from the same talking points sheet. What coming catastrophe do these insiders know about? Will it be an international crisis or a domestic one? Why have these warnings not been seriously followed up by the MainStreamMedia? Are there any other bombshell news stories the MSM is not reporting?
The most radioactive news story of this election is Barack Hussein Obama not being constitutionally qualified to be President. Technically and legally Obama has admitted such in a court case filed by Democrat and ex-Deputy Attorney General from Pennsylvania, Philip Berg.
The Great Obama Swindle of 2008 by attorney Raymond S. Kraft covers a spectrum of issues raised by Obama’s illegitimate candidacy. Attorney, constitutional scholar and true patriot Dr. Edwin Vieira elaborates in Obama Must Stand Up Now Or Stand Down on at least eight areas of constitutional breach to be caused with his election. Neither of these excellent articles addresses a crucial subject.
The Constitution is a multi-party compact between the states allegedly brought into effect for and on behalf of the People. If the necessary terms and conditions of the constitutional compact/contract are not maintained, then the whole compact/contract is null and void. Electing a non-qualified President empties the Executive Branch and vacates any obligation for the states or the People to stay in the union. Not any Democrat in the potential line of succession, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Robert Bird or Harry Reid, would be qualified since they participated in Obama’s conspiracy to defraud the People and the United States.
There is no constitutional mechanism to fix this situation. The union would necessarily be dissolved -Abraham Lincoln be damned - on account of election fraud.
If there is no chief executive, then all federal laws would be void. Any lawful foundation for the US Federal government to continue vaporizes. The IRS, CIA, all branches of the US Military, EPA, Federal Reserve, DEA, US Marshalls, US Federal Prison System, Cabinet Departments and the whole federal bureaucracy would be outlaw because the formative document from which they arise would be gone. Those people and states like Vermont, New Hampshire, Montano, Idaho, any from the Old South or the Pacific Northwest that are inclined to secede do not have to do anything. There would be no legal structure from which to secede.
The states elect the President and not the People directly. Each candidate has to fill out state documents under penalty of perjury that he/she is qualified to run for president. The authorities in each state are oath obligated as agents of the People to verify that the candidates meet the minimum qualifications.
How should one view this mess, as good news or ill?
How will the FedGov react, if after Obama is elected some of the People realize this window of freedom and peaceably chose to separate? Will this be a chance to hit the political reset button? Chance to revive the treasonously supplanted Articles of Confederation and listen to Lysander Spooner? Time for a Constitutional Convention to institute changes like term limits, only gold/silver as real money, eradicate the Federal Reserve and IRS, restoration of state’s rights and rebuilding the Bill of Rights decimated by BJClinton and GWBush?
Or will the criminal FedGov unleash the US military against its former citizens? Is this the real reason why a battle hardened combat brigade from Iraq was actively redeployed in America and tasked “to help with civil unrest and crowd control”? Is this constitutional crisis the one foretold by Colin Powell on Meet the Press on October 19, 2008? The crisis to come after the inauguration of Barack Hussein Obama - a Marxist, illegal alien from somewhere in Africa?

If he is legal - fine, I have no problem with that. If he isn’t - I have BIG problems.
Obama has had several opportunities to put this to rest and has not, including the fact that he was in Hawaii a couple of weeks ago and could have swung by the Hall of Records to get a certified copy.
Oh, I forgot ... he was there to visit his Grandmother. I am sorry that she passed, but find it strange that Obama DID find the time to take a walk in his neighborhood (and get the photo op). If he had the time for that, he had the time to get the BC.
The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
NO ONE IS BEYOND IT’S SCOPE ...
The Constitution mandates natural born status.
It also mandates that laws passed by Congress have the full force and effect of the Constitution, as long as there is no conflict with it.
The IRCA Act of 1986 mandates emplyment eligibility verification.
If anyone gets a “pass” it is a direct violation of the Equal Protection clause of the 14th Amendment.
Laws don’t apply to liberals.
