Voter fraud has been getting much attention this election cycle, as ACORN and its members fall under scrutiny. In the meantime, Ohios secretary of state Jennifer Brunner has defied election law . The AP explains:
Brunner previously cross-checked new-voter registrations with databases run by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicle and the Social Security Administration and made the results available online, but the 6th Circuit said the information was not accessible in a way that would help county election boards ferret out mismatches.
Brunner, a Democrat, told The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer on Wednesday that she is concerned the court decision is a veiled attempt at disenfranchising voters. Brunner said shell urge counties not to force these people to use provisional ballots.
The court gave Brunner until Friday to get election boards the information but it was unclear whether that deadline would be met. The court set no penalty for missing the deadline.
County election officials were trying to determine Wednesday how they will respond once they get the information.
Im very concerned with these new requirements as we get closer to Election Day, said Steve Harsman, director of the Montgomery County Board of Elections in Dayton. He said his staff already is working 16 hours a day, seven days a week.
The state GOP took Brunner to court over this issue. The case eventually reached the Ohio State Supreme Court, which ruled in favor of the state GOP. Brunner has appealed her case to the U.S. Supreme Court, which has tossed out the state courts ruling and issued a stay.
George W. Bush won Ohio in 2004 by 118,457 votes, so it is not surprising that democrats like Brunner are trying their hardest to obstruct the GOP from making her do the job she is supposed to do. 200, 000 new Ohio voter registrations may have mismatched data. About 666,000 Ohioans have registered to vote since January.
Daniel Hemel of Scarsdale, New York has the same catch me if you can attitude as Brunner. Hemel, a graduate of Harvard University tells Fox News Channels sister network Palestra.net why he can legally vote in Ohio, even though he is not really a resident of the state.
Democrats seem to be silent on instances like Hemel, Brunner, and further ACORN cases which continue to turn up. However, if Obama is as far ahead as the Democrats are reporting, why would people like Hemel and Brunner openly buck the system in the first place?
Nobody cheats to pad a win they know they are going to get. The RATS are scared and the old adage, if it's not close they can't cheat comes to mind.
Mighty fraud from a little ACORN gros.
From the story: Tom Reynolds of the Obama campaign.
Reynolds said "Well he got here before October 4 right? So he will be here 30 days right? And he registered before Oct 6 right? So he has complied with the law. There is no story."
I told him we have spoken to attorneys and that the law actually states that a temporary presence in Ohio does NOT make one eligible to register and vote in the state. (Ohio Revised Code 3503.02 Residence Determination Rules). I told him we spoke to the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney Ron O'Brien just 2 days ago and we were given this information by him.
Reynolds laughed and said he was "well versed"... that I didn't need to refer him to the law. He repeatedly told me that he didn't see any story here.
This just happened 3 hours ago. The Obama people are brazenly committing voter fraud in Ohio. This is not ACORN. This is Obama's campaign itself. They have had hundreds of students come into Ohio prior to Oct 4th, stay at homes of Ohio Democrats for a day or two, and use those addresses to register and vote.
It is now not in the interest of the Supreme Court of Ohio to ensure legal elections in the state of Ohio.
They are not compelled to uphold the law of the state.
The United States no longer exists, folks.
Hey Brunner you RAT
The court is making an unveiled attempt to "disenfranchise" fraud voters, not legitimate voters.
Elections are the responsibility of the Legislature of Ohio...not the courts.
The courts should stay out of this.
The courts provide redress to aggrieved parties.
As a voter, I am aggrieved.
Obama is a slick talking punk who is commiting organized fraud.

Obama Says A Baby Is A Punishment
Obama: If they make a mistake, I dont want them punished with a baby.
Saw that smirking little bastard Hemel on Fox - jeez I would like to see him arrested.
obumpa
That 666 in that 666,000 seems fitting.
I don’t want to risk stating the obvious, guys — but this election of yours is taking on some very unpleasant and ominous overtones.
I don’t see it ending peacefully unless it is halted immediately and re-baselined. The registration process is a farce, it needs to be redone under supervision of an independent and neutral third party. Not the UN, they are corrupt. And not someone from within the US, they are corruptible and subject to accusation of bias. Maybe NZ Post? They do a good job with our elections.
