There seems to be to be some NEW information if you go to the Washington Times link.

There are direct quotes from Iraqi leaders who are now collaborating that Obama did try to make deals with them. They are also providing some of what his actual words were to them.

I looked at some of the old info that was going around on this story, and I was not seeing this confirmation and verification from Iraqi leaders as was reported in this Washington Times article.
