I just called county prosecutor Bob McCulloch's office. I spoke with his secretary Cindy.
DFU: I saw the KMOV piece last night regarding the lies being told about Barack Obama. It is about time someone is doing something about this. Last night I saw a bumper sticker that said BARACK OBAMA IS A MUSLIM. I asked the guy about it and where he got it, and I think I may know the printer in St. Louis who is printing that bumper sticker. When I can verify the information, would Mr. McCulloch like to have that information?
CINDY: In light of what Mr. McCulloch has said, I would gather that would be something he would need to know.
Please tell me you are kidding? Please. . . This is terrifying.

This garbage cannot be enforced. Political speech is absolute. You can say whatever you want about another candidate without repercussions. Political candidates are public figures and cannot be protected from speech even if it is a lie.

While not a lawyer I was a Police Officer and a Correctional officer for a number of years. To make a CRIMINAL arrest, a Federal State or Local Law/ordinance needs to be violated. I am unaware except maybe under oath of an Federal or State law that criminalizes lying about another person. If arrested for “Lying” that Obama is a Muslim would not Mr Obama have to prove in a court of law that he IS NOT a Muslim for the charge to be validated. While Mr Obama may have a case for a civil claim I do not see how anyone else has anything to say about this sticker.
They wouldn’t dare prosecute anyone- they would become a laughing stock.
The point is intimidation. They are trying to make people fearful to speak out against the anointed one.

If the bumper sticker states that Obama is a Muslim then it may or may not be the true. It is known and it is a fact that Obama was born a Muslim and was raised as a Muslim boy until about the age of 10. Obama may not be a Muslim now as Muslims are forbidden from leaving the Muslim cult. If Obama is no longer a Muslim then he is an Apostate and according to the Koran he must be killed by a fellow Muslim to defend the Koran. THAT IS SCARRY STUFF!!

I saw a clip of the local St. Louis news station interviewing these two jamokes. It was reported in a very matter of fact manner as if there was nothing unusual about it.
BHO seems to draw people with a real propensity towards fascism. If elected, the Fairness Doctrine will be only the first step (and George Orwell will stir in his grave). Opposition to the Chosen One will be treated as “hate speech”. Ask your college age kids about hate speech laws on their campuses. That’s where these totalitarian mind control freaks are coming from.
