While not a lawyer I was a Police Officer and a Correctional officer for a number of years. To make a CRIMINAL arrest, a Federal State or Local Law/ordinance needs to be violated. I am unaware except maybe under oath of an Federal or State law that criminalizes lying about another person. If arrested for “Lying” that Obama is a Muslim would not Mr Obama have to prove in a court of law that he IS NOT a Muslim for the charge to be validated. While Mr Obama may have a case for a civil claim I do not see how anyone else has anything to say about this sticker.
LOl and then we would need court interpretation of the Quran... obama was born to a Muslim Father therefore HE IS A MUSLIM. He obviously converted to Christianity (Maybe). Anyway stating he is a Muslim is the truth.
If I was a police officer, I would not waste my time doing Zero’s dirty work.

IMO the threat of criminal action in this case is a violation of the law. I cannot believe they did this or that they will get away with it. Immediate removal from office and prosecution.
