Ok.... I know the DUmmie Funnies is the usual outlet for this, but this example of LIBERAL DERANGEMENT SYNDROME is just too damn funny to let pass!
This is an article on KOS titled:
"It's not that Obama's not fighting back. IT'S THE FASCIST MEDIA!!!"
You need to understand this. Obama is fighting back. Biden is fighting back. We're all fighting back.
They go to hundreds of events. They make countless jabs at McCain, Palin and Bush. If you get the chance to watch their events, you will see Obama and Biden whoop McCain's ass all over the place.
Except we don't get to see it.
Not if you watch cable news, or you watch the big three networks, or listen to any talk radio except Air America or Nova M, or read any of the big papers.
They won't let you see it.
Instead, they'll show two seconds of an event, with a quote taken out of context, with the applause muted, then you hear the bobbleheads endlessly pontificate on how Obama's not defending himself, how he can't seem to get any traction now that Palin's in the race.
Then they show you yet another rigged poll.
Try going to a McCain event, or watch it on C-SPAN. While Obama can fill stadiums, McCain has to do his events in hotel ballrooms because he can't fill a high school gym.
They have to truck in frat boys from the nearest university's campus Republicans to do those "USA! USA! USA!" chants, because the audience is too bored to tears to do it on their own. They have to add canned applause to the broadcasts to make it look exciting.
Despite all this, we hear about all of McCain's and Palin's events, no matter how insignificant. OOOO!!! Palin's delivering yet another canned speech when she returned to Alaska! Everybody fawn over her!!! Make sure she arrives an hour before dusk so she can get that golden hour light!
The media is doing this.

Back in November of 2000 several of us here got so pissed at the msm we formed a FReeper chapter to see that the media was never able to control an election process again.
We fought and cussed and discussed with little apparent effect. It is 8 yers later. Maybe we did have some success.
