Barack Obama continues to embarrass himself with serious misreading of the law and the Constitution. But the media is not interested in pointing any of this out to voters, who are fed the line he is a brilliant legal thinker.
In my AT article "Barack Obama, Legal Scholar" I noted that Senator Obama, former President of the Harvard Law review who touts his years as a constitutional law lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, has repeatedly flubbed legal questions. He has misstated the law, has a serial habit of misjudging the constitutionality of various laws and has otherwise displayed somewhat surprising gaps in his knowledge of the law (that mirror the gaps in his resume and records). He has done it yet again, as noted in today's New York Sun.

He just believes in the 'living, breathing' type of law.
To liberals, the ONLY laws that are unconstitutional are ones that prevent the murder of the unborn. Obama, like all liberals, believes that the Constitution is an outdated and irrelevant document to be ignored “for the greater good”, which means they ignore it to advance socialism.
Pish tosh! He’s well versed in the laws governing all 57 states.

The spawning of immense opportunities for trial lawyers is the ultimate goal of most lawyers who put themselves forward for for the public trust of legislator. After over 200 years of government by the lawyers, of the lawyers and for the lawyers look at the mess of a legal system that we now must pay for.
True that most democrats are women.. but surely not all followers of Obama are blonds..

I would hope that some of his former students -- surely there must be some who are conservative, or at least able to discern bovine effluvia -- will step up and tell the world something about Professor Obama's legal mind. Or has the cone of silence descended upon this part of his past, just as with his own academic records, and with his relationships with Ayers, Rezco, ACORN, etc.?

Sadly Blacks vote 90% of the time for Dem’s (even if they have conservative values) in this election it will be 99% due to Barry’s skin color. It seems that they have a great capacity for denying facts (i.e. OJ was framed). With ballot box stuffing in the inner city the black turnout will be 105% so I guess they will vote 103.95% for the messiah.
He said the DC pistol ban law was constitutional till the SC overturned it then he said he agreed with their ruling!

‘Twould be a far smaller list to detail the things about which the Obamaloon is NOT ignorant.
While I’m at it, can someone find the name of the poor schmuck who was aced out of a deserved leadership of the Harvard Law Review in order to affirmative action the Obamaloon? It would appear that just about all of his law class was probably more qualified.
Considering that Obama slips and states that the US has 57 States, when his Mulims upbringing taught him the 57 Muslim States, I’d say Obama has an issue with law.
Maybe routinely reading negative claims and generalizations like this is one reason for this 90-90%.
