1. Marsha Blackburn (TN-7) Marsha Blackburn has been a member of Congress since 2003. She attractive and a very strong conservative. I hate to play the gender card, but I believe that McCain needs a female vice president on the ticket. She would be appealing to disenfranchised conservatives and to women at the same time.
I’ve talked to Martha several times...
She’s nice, friendly, not uppity..
She’s a life long conservative all the way down the line...
Got guts and intelligence...
US Congresswoman...
Votes conservative all the time...
Spoke at one of those online Newt events in Nashville...
I think Senator McCain would pick Looter guy
Good info. thanks. Whats up with the campaign cash situation posted above mine. Will that go anywhere?
May I have your take on post 12 above?
Dont know about that...
Ask Wardaddy about post # 12
John Kasich might be able to pull that off, more or less. He's 56. Most of the chicks that need to be "attracted" are there, or more, and they've been supporting Hillary.
it’s from Tom Leatherwood, her opponent.
he basically is just shooting innuendo.
her family has lobbyists....ok ...that is a major exception in DC../not
she worked for Sundquist....ok...guilt by association
she is somehow responsible for Washinton’s excesses according to Leatherwood...all by her little 120 pound self..
lotsa smoke and sure to please conspiracy ..evil behind the curtain buffs but not those of us in the real world
her ACU rating is 100%...that is proof in the pudding as far as I am concerned......she supports my position on every major issue so to be candid I am not upset that she has lobbysits in her family or doesn’t like commissars questioning her expense account
i can live with it...
Thanks. I’ve seen her on CSpan and she is impressive.
I just don’t want to see another Republican who might disdain accountability being foisted upon us nationally.
This burning the receipts issue cracks me up. Keep in mind that Sundquist was a serious rino desperately trying every which way to cram through an income tax, and Marsha led the fight against him. She would tip off the local DJs when the legislature was trying to slip it in (like on a Saturday) so we could show up, surround the capitol building and honk our horns till they all had migraines.
"I think Senator McCain would pick Looter guy"
I guess your analogy might apply to the president/vice president of the PTA (or not). But I seriously doubt that it would extend to a national election. She wouldn’t be where she is in her state if that were the fact.
I think that a woman running with McCain would bring a lot of votes. Sadly, a lot of women will vote for a woman, regardless of who she is (think Hillary). I am a gal, so I say this with much sadness. I don’t know much about this lady or her street creds.
McCain needs youth and vigor as a running mate. Off hand, I really can’t think of a good man OR woman I’m comfortable with.
Yes, I remember reading about that tax business. Those pols sure were embarrassed by you protestors!
See Looter guy be perfect choice
He is bright he is business savvy he know foreign policy name few times he go oversea and give Beer to world leaders
He is good on enviromenlitrst and animals right how many photos of Looter guy is in artic giving beer to polar bears
I think it took about 4 very loud protests for them to get the message that we were serious about NO INCOME TAX!!! They were embarrassed by us, and Marsha was amazing through the whole thing. She worked really hard.... against a governor of her own party no less... to help us.
She is not silly about feminism, and prefers to be called “Congressman” as opposed to “Congresswoman”. She says she has an office, and it is not based on gender. She is great on illegal immigration, taxation, pro-life and all conservative issues.
Bumper stickers started appearing during the tax fight that said...
Marsha’s the MAN!
Obama “makes the gals swoon.”
YEAH...
Looter guy for VP...
A Heinikins in every fridge...
