What's wrong with this woman, couldn't she take out the Sacramento phone book and look up the name Rezko?

She is a good Democrat, right?

Nothing here to see folks. Move along.

If there is a problem, it must be that the real estate market has soured. And good Democrats will blame that somehow on George W. Bush. Bottom line - she is a victim and a good Democrat. So this story doesn’t matter.

Now, a Republican having a foreclosure problem would have been due to real estate speculation or other malicious intent. But, since she’s a good Democrat, by definition, nothing of that sort is part of this story.

It is also an illustration of how far many candidates will go to seek elected office, even if it means quite literally mortgaging their own financial future

Or maybe she's just a deadbeat

I don’t know what I find more offensive, this politician walking out on her mortgage, or the fact that they are getting $334 per square foot for housing there. Sheesh, for $334 a square foot I could build the Taj Mahal around here, I bet her place was a dump.

Let me state the obvious.

Budgets are not really suited for politicians.

They pander to whatever interest will keep them in office.

She can make $170,000 plus stipends and still expect taxpayers to foot her bill with their tax money.

She, along with many others, should be voted out, then begin the process of term limits.
